We had a suite and requested extra bedding before and after checking in and never got it. There was a family above us with kids running and jumping all night both nights and when we called the front desk they just kicked in to high gear after. The food was bad and beds were not comfortable. Also the weed smell was HORRIBLE> There was a man literally smoking while walking in the hall and elevator and in the pool area.

They overbooked and we were given a smaller room and sense we booked on hotel.com they didn’t give us any money back. The hotel has tried to do renovations but it is still musty smelling and the furniture is old and stained. The TVs are really small even in the deluxe suit and the fold out bed was nasty. I’d look somewhere else if you are doing a family trip and going to use the room. The area is run down and so is this hotel.

Where to begin-the couch was broken, the place feels run down. It was clean but the tubes have stains and the furniture does too.it has a musty smell in the rooms and really small tvs if you have kids.

Overall pleased with our stay. Hotel has some signs of age but the parking lot was well lit, front desk was friendly and check-in was super simple. The room was clean and while it wasn’t my own comfortable bed, my family all slept well.
For the convenient location and price, I’ve no complaints.

This hotel was just for a one-night stay so didn't have much time there. It was very clean and staff was helpful, but did have a couple of things that did not go well.
The first is that there are I think 5 La Quintas around DFW so when our shuttle arrived that we had called, lots of people started loading the van and the driver had to tell them (a bit forcefully) that he was only taking our family. We then proceeded to run out of gas 1/2 mile from the hotel, thankfully in front of a gas station. It didn't sound like that had ever happened to him before.
The second thing was that Expedia allowed me to reserve a room that was not set up for a family of five. I had thought it was a suite that would have a pullout bed, but it was just 2 queen beds. The manager was kind enough to give us another room for much less than we paid for the original room.

I asked for 2 adjoining rooms due to children in each room. They gave us rooms separated by the elevator. One of the rooms the bathroom floor dipped down far into subfloor area, I requested room change. Gave us rooms next to each other but at opposite sides, hall door far apart. Ok don’t complain about the kids running from room to room. One shower in and said tub was leaking into light fixture below us. After returning home my 8 year old granddaughter realized she left her stuffed animal on the bed. I called customer service he said call the hotel, gee thanks. I did. First thing she asked for was credit card number to mail it back to me. I have left things that weigh more than a stuffed animal at other places who have mailed it back no problem. It isn’t the fact she demanded payment but the tone and lack of empathy was annoying. Very disappointed in this whole trip.

Grateful for later hours for shuttles from the airport and check-in. They also got me my pack n play in our room so we could put my baby straight down for bed as we got in super late which was much appreciated. Some of the staff was not very friendly or helpful especially when it came to figuring out the shuttle in the morning to get to our next flight. Rooms were ok but not super clean/roomy. Complimentary breakfast was probably the worst I’ve seen at any hotel. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it did the job for an overnight layover.

For the price I was not expecting much but this property was clean, quiet, and met my needs. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and would gladly stay here again on future trips. My only complaint is that there was not a list for the tv channels and the channels were set up weird so made it difficult to find cartoons for my kids. Obviously not a huge deal but just a suggestion.

First off the elevator broke on the first night we were there so had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage and a baby. Then our floor straight up smelled like weed we even saw someone pull it out of her bra. The next morning we let the kids go swimming and the hot tub was brown and disgusting. We left for the day and when we came back that night to go to bed the noise was ridiculous there was kids running all over the place and adults yelling at each other in the hallways. We called downstairs and they did nothing. The noise continued until after midnight and started back up again at 5:40 in the morning. Then at breakfast they ran out of hot food and juice. We did not have a pleasant stay it was quite miserable.
