Tbis was the worse hotel ever, i need my money back. The room has roaches, wall geckos, shower that barely work, door handle that was broken. I contacted the room service, they didn’t do anything. I regret staying there with my family. I couldn't get any credit through them since i booked with you guys

Staff greeted family with no problems... Got to rooms with no problem.... Water was cold and didn't get hot for 2 days

Pleasant clean stay. Breakfast was great, my family and I rate it as 10. Loved that we can make our own waffles and they were great! Kind staff.

Quiet , great breakfast & close to many restaurants, so convenient for kids to eat McDonald’s and very low nightly deposit, will be staying here everytime I’m in DTX!!

None of the outlets were functional in the room and the bathroom floor was cracked belying a safety hazard for our kids. I asked to be transferred in a different suite but they didn’t have any available, so they transferred me over to a sister location called Homewood Suites and I’m still waiting on my cancellation refund.. they shouldn’t rent that suite until it’s completely fixed! What a joke..

I loved seeing a baby jackrabbit in the bushes. I loved how helpful and friendly the front desk staff Shay and Cody were. Breakfast was great.

I stayed one night . My Husband had a business trip and his flight came in at midnight, we had a family trip planned and flew out at 7 am. The room we were in the air conditioning was loud but everything else was great. Got ready to leave and realized someone stole our tailgate off of our truck. Looked around and there was security cameras. Went and advised the front desk and she said her manager was on a conference call and she called the police. My brother came with us for drop off to airport and went back to file the report on our behalf and still the manager was on a conference call and would not speak with the police to show camera footage. To Me this was an insult to not help recover our property.
