Pool was closed. Came here with 2 kids and paid extra for the pool and now we dont have one. Booked a double bed and were told they overbooked so all they had were king suites. The hide a bed was very uncomfortable.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 5 nights to visit family and it was actually not bad at all. The people who worked there were actually super friendly and when we needed anything they attended to almost immediately. It was pretty clean and was honestly good for the pricing. Would definitely go back again when visiting next time! I will say when it gets busy it does get a little noisier but the hotel can’t help that. We were not paying an outrageous amount to stay there so it wasn’t bad.

The bathroom was not clean. There was what appeared to be toothpaste on the faucet and front of cabinet. Table lights in the room were dirty. This hotel is pet friendly so wasn’t totally surprised to be woken at 5:45am by a barking dog and kids being loud in hallway. Not hotels fault but inconsiderate people. Warm place to sleep for the night and coffee in the morning.

The staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our room had a couple of blemished area that looked slightly damaged, but they weren’t damaged, just had flaws. Thought the single elevator for a 4-story hotel might be an issue, but it was readily available. We were in town for a family funeral, so weren’t partying or doing a lot of shopping, but we slept well and were pleased with our accommodations. Good location for places to eat or buy necessary items.

Place is clean and in a nice area for a family stay.. the only issue was the toilet would not flush. Maintenance had to bring me a plunger. Avoid room 219 toilet issues .

Had a great stay with my family while we were in tow for a Rangers game. We really loved that it was right off the highway, it allowed for a quick drive anywhere. It was a great stay!

Hotel was nice. Appreciated them letting me leave my family’s stuff there so we could go spend the day at six flags and check in later. Salt grass next door is so convenient. Best steak house.

Overall it’s a nice hotel in a convenient location. Staff were all really friendly. Only downside was our fridge didn’t seem to be working. They had us defrost it but still didn’t seem to be cold. They offered to keep our kids drinks for us but they were then thrown out. Also the keycards kept not working but it seemed to have to do with if you had them by your phones. We were all around happy with our stay.
