The room was nice however it did not have enough bath towels and we went to ask for more and they didn’t want to give us any . We had gotten a two bedroom room that fit 8 people and we o my had 4 towels Thank one night we came back to hotel after a concert and it was midnight and us and two other families were trying to get in through the front entrance and they didn’t want to open the door for us even though we showed them our key and made us go all the way around to side entrance Lobby smelled like sweat and nasty as well

We're a LARGE family and were traveling with six of our children. When we entered the hotel, staff saw the amount of children we had and immediately grabbed us extra blankets and towels. We did not expect the rooms and bathroom areas to be separated by doors either. Since we're a blended family, the privacy was much appreciated. The cherry on the top was the second bathroom. I honestly thought that eight of us were going to have to fight for one bathroom after a hot day at the amusement park. You helped make this trip perfect. We will never stay anywhere else.

It was a pretty nice room. I liked the fact that it had two bedrooms and two baths. It fit all 8 of us perfectly. I like that we also got complimentary breakfast and swam in the pool with the kiddos.

We stayed Saturday and checked out today (Sunday). Had a 1 bedroom king suite. Room was spacious and we LOVED that it had a ceiling fan. Our room was facing the freeway and it was soooo hard to sleep from all the loud cars speeding by. The pool was overcrowded Saturday so my kids could not swim. We went to swim this morning and it was pretty nasty (needed a deep cleaning). Breakfast was good, bed was comfy, smelled cleaned all throughout the hotel. Lady at check in was very kind and friendly. Housekeeping forgot to check fridge as we did find someone else’s leftovers & there were bugs in the bathtub.

The room we booked was over sold. So rather than a two bedroom suite, we had to split up and put one parent with one child in each room which had us running back and forth the whole trip. Not enjoyable at all!

When traveling with kids, it is always easier and more affordable to book a stay with a kitchen. This was a nice stay for the price, with a great layout and comfortable beds. The linens were a bit thin and the kitchen was understocked and plates in cabinet and dishwasher were dirty. I washed everything before we used it, to be on the safe side. The staff were very pleasant and helpful! We didn't use the outside space but it has a nice pool and basketball court as well as additional amenities that all looked well kept. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Grapevine.
