Best Western Plus DFW Airport West Euless

Overall it was a good stay! The location felt safe and welcoming. Like any other hotel it had its issues, but I felt like we got what we paid for. Good things: housekeeping went above and beyond and freshened up our room after asking for new bedding. The maintenance guy was super friendly gave us recommendations as to what to do around the area and helped housekeeper fix a small room issue. I loved that the breakfast was always stocked up. Other hotels begin to clean up and not restock 10 min prior to it ending, not here they restocked up until it was over and they cleaned up a bit after it was over to ensure guests got what they wanted. Food was fresh and had a good taste. Pool was fun great for kids. Not too good: When we first arrived the room had a strong humidity oder, because we arrived at midnight we went straight to bed. The bed sheets were dirty, and there was no bed linen for the pull out bed, nor additional pillows. There were some small pills on the floor behind the pull out bed and that was a bit convincing as I have a toddler who finds everything! Housekeeping took care of it once I asked to please clean it up. The room sleeps 4 people, yet not enough towels for 4 people. It was frustrating having to keep going to front desk to ask for additional things. Parking was a struggle at night. People ended up parking on the grass, but overall ok. Would I stay here again: Yes.

Had a pleasant stay for 3 nights with my family.

The room has a smell to it. Crickets were all over the place, dead but still. The pool has huge bugs it so my kid would not swim in it. The front desk at check in was less then friendly.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews from Expedia and from Google. I was very shocked how the rooms actually looked. This hotel is in need of desperate renovations or at least the room that I was staying in. Pretty much every piece of metal in the bathroom was rusted out. The door had been water stain completely and had bubbled over time due to condensation. Looked somewhat like the door was made out of pressed wood due to the damage. You either need to replace the door or you would need to replace the fan. The room itself was very dusty like it hadn't been used or cleaned in a long time. Both queen size comforters had stains on them. There were also holes in the comforters, which at that point need to be replaced and thrown away. There were no sheets on the pull out couch bed or sheets and blankets in the closet. The hotel stay was definitely not worth the price that I paid. Even with the government rate it was more expensive than the regular rate which I was disappointed in. Unfortunately my family and I will not return back to this hotel and find something different in the area next time we plan to visit Dallas.
