Nice budget hotel with easy access to highway. Rooms have a small kitchen that is practical for families. Friendly staff

The floor was dirty had blood stains on it by the bed the shower was dirty with dirty on the wall and hair. The people above us let there child run all night over our heads. The people next door was having sexy and you could hear them.

Love these suites for family vacations, clean and spacious, plus a good breakfast.

We were in Dallas for a baby shower, and this hotel was close to my nephew's house. We were greeted immediately and the guy at the front was very friendly and checked us in right away. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and we had a very good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again. PS There is a lot of construction around the area and the GPS sent me through an entrance on the feeder that is no longer there. Keep on driving up the street to the other entrance.

It was not good. Got there to check in with 3 adults and 2 children. We paid for a double room with a couch. We were given the keys to a room with 1 queen and a couch. This was not communicated to us when we arrived and checked in. When we went back down to fix the mistake no one wanted to problem solve. They said they called us, they did not. Myself and my wife negotiated to change that room to 99.00 and we had to leave half of our party there without a vehicle and we had to go find another hotel to stay in. This was a whole baseball team staying together for travel ball. The front desk person did not offer this, we had to ask for it. We will never book at home2 suites again and suggest you think about your business with them moving forward as well. We also talked to other patrons in the lobby who said this had happened to them that day as well.

We arrived on July 3rd to stay in a 2 queen and a sofa bedroom. They miscounted and were out of 2 queens and asked if 1 king would suffice. It did not as we were a family of 5 so the option they gave us was to get a second king bedroom or go to another hotel which was additional money. They knocked the price down some but this was not a good look. They told us our 2 queen would be ready on the 4th and that we could stay in our room and they would let us know when it was ready and we could move our things from both rooms to one bedroom. We left to get something to eat and the doors were locked, cards didn't work and they trashed our duffel bag of clothes and our food bag we had in the room and threw it away. We had to call down and they had to find our stuff and bring it back. After all of this time, our 2 queen bedroom still wasn't ready to go into so we decided to cancel the second day. Never had any problems from other Homes2 Suites except this location. Will never return here!

I booked two double beds days before my stay. We were in town for a softball tournament and i had multiple kids staying. I got a call right before checking in that they did not have anymore double beds available and would have to have a single king bed. Other than that, the stay was great. Staff very friendly and the bed was super comfy!

The room was clean and comfortable. Robert at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind to me and my (overtired) toddler as we were checking in. We would stay again.

Hotel was so much better than expected especially after reading some of the reviews. Everyone we encountered were pretty nice and very helpful. Only downside is the pool didn’t seem to be too clean. Other than that we loved it. I love the location never stayed in Rowlett before but this’ll definitely be my go to place next time I come visit family.
