Hampton Inn & Suites Lubbock University

Cute hotel, comfortable room and beds. All staff was extremely friendly and nice! Great for families too, breakfast was amazing.

Hotel was nice and location was great. I was a little disappointed that the bathroom floor was not cleaned properly underneath the bathroom cabinet. Breakfast was good and overall hotel was a good pick for my family. I would stay again.

The pictures on the Internet are great, however, they do not reflect the true condition of this hotel. Required a $100 deposit for incidentals which is absolutely absurd! I’ve stayed at five star hotels brand new with excellent amenities and customer service and I have never been required to put $100 deposit for incidentals down. If it wasn’t for the fact that my payment was already nonrefundable, and my grandchildren were exhausted from the car ride. I would’ve went somewhere else, but I made the decision to stay. The elevator doors were filthy, and upon inspection of the room , I determined it was clean, however the carpet was stained and the AC made a squeaking noise every time it shut off. Walls were thin and we could here neighbors on both sides until we’ll after midnight. The children did enjoy the pool and it was a good breakfast and convenient to restaurants and mall. Overall, I’d give it a 6 on a scale of 1-10. I’ll never stay there again.

The front desk folks were rude, we had kids running nonstop above us all night. Called front desk to ask them to speak to the room above and kept being put on hold and would not listen to our concerns. Extremely unprofessional

There for a night to pick up child from Tech. Hotel is in a good location to the stadium and university. The pool was really cold and there is no hot tub. Everything else was good.
