We came to Lubbock due to a family emergency. We needed to be near to the hospital. It's two minute drive to Covenant Hospital. The check-in was seamless. The staff has been incredibly friendly. The hotel is an older building but its quaint. Extremely clean. Bathroom is large. Has microwave, fridge, bar sink, furnishings are standard. The beds are rather small. Not comfortable for 2 people to sleep in one. Not bad for the price of the stay. I like the affordability to stay close to the hospital.

Check in waa easy. Service was great. Had an issue with the tv and it was promptly taken care of. Room was clean. Now, other ppl complain about the smallest things. Not everything is perfect. For me and my family, it worked out fine. However, this place is very dated. Almost everything needs an upgrade. Not that any of it was terrible. Like i said, my stay was fine. But be warned, if you like to complain about little things, dont stay here. If you dont mind dated things and a comfortable stay, by all means this place is ok.

The handicap accommodations were exactly as advertised so the shower and toilet situation was perfect for my elderly mother. The staff, including front desk and cleaning staff were kind, courteous, and helpful. I will definitely recommend to family/friends!

This is a cheap, nice, clean and quiet property that I was happy to stay at. We were in town for several days to visit family at the University Medical Center, which is less than a mile away, and couldn't have asked for a better deal. It is a great place to stay if you are on a budget or are just looking for a quiet place to stay within town. If we have to return, I would not hesitate to stay again. It is pet friendly as well, and my 30lb dog was an additional $17/night after taxes.

Check in was frustrating - he couldn't find our reservation. We booked 3 rooms for our family trip - he had to check in each separately and manually input the charges into his system. It took at least 15 minutes. The hotel looks like a former office building that was renovated in the ever-so-elegant lime green and jewel tones style.

The staff are wonderful and accommodating and the beds are a dream -- my wife and I slept like babies. The breakfast is good as well. All in all the hotel was a very pleasant surprise!
