MCM Eleganté Hotel & Suites

The customer service was wonderful. The hotel is an old fixer upper with minimal quality. I have picture to reflect rodent, nice size roach climbing on the wall. The advertisement doesn’t meet the quality. I traveled with other family members and their complaints are not good.

On a family road trip, we arrived at 2 am just as the desk clerk was headed to use the restroom. Thought we were in the wrong place when we saw the giant granite Ten Commandments near the front door. Looking for a hotel, not a church. Did not get into our room until 2:45 am. The desk clerk was kind, just dealing with obstacles. I could see he was really struggling physically, and wondered why he was not using a wheelchair to make getting around easier for himself. Also wondered why there was no additional personnel helping at the desk. The room was very 1970s, and absolutely no place near the beds to plug in electronic devices. There were two plugs, one behind the TV that had a full plug strip and did not have a space to plug anything in across the room from the beds, or in the bathroom next to the sink. The bed was comfortable. Did not eat the breakfast provided. Went to Crackerbarrel.

The property is older and the rooms are a bit run down but the people really make this atmosphere amazing. There are a lot of homeless and construction on the area in front of it so I was nervous about vehicle but it was fine. The restaurant inside the hotel is so good. The pool was nice for the kids. It got the job done. The beds weren’t that great and the pillows were hard. But we just used it for swimming so it was great. I’d stay again just to swim and have fun.

Me and my kids love this hotel. It has airport shuttle, great hot breakfast NOT complimentary but hot and cook to your order eggs. It is also across the street from a convenient store, Walmart and other food places

The bathroom, toliet was designed for a toddler, shower drain was old and crusty and the shower head would not adjust, the bed had a serious dip in the middle and uncomfortable

We will be staying here every time we drive through Lubbock! The front desk staff was AMAZING! The breakfast was GREAT and several steps above the usual "free" breakfast at a hotel (omelet bar!!). The room was clean and fit our needs perfectly. The price was right. My entire family is thrilled to find the MCM!

Fantastic! From check-in to breakfast, it was all amazing. Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, with an amazing shower and delicious buffet breakfast complete with omelette bar (all inclusive) - this is a new favorite place now. Only feedback is the limited channel selection with most being sports or kids. Maybe extend the options for a broader demographic. Thank you!

We thought the property was a little dated but we had a fantastic stay. The receptionist was so friendly at check-in and answered all the questions I had! The breakfast in the morning was amazing and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids! Will def be staying here again next time we are in town!

We love this hotel! We have stayed here a couple of times. The staff is friendly, the whole property is clean and well kept. The rooms are comfortable. They have a small fridge and microwave. We stayed for 2 nights, on Mothers day weekend. The place was packed with families and sports teams in town for tournaments, (there were golf teams, softball and baseball teams, and swim teams!) but it was quiet! The best part is - the breakfast! You will not find a better breakfast anywhere. It's buffet style featuring your choice of hot and cold items..The best part of the breakfast is the omelet station where a friendly and personable chef will prepare your made to order selection. And every staff member we encountered - from front desk personnel,, to breakfast hostesses, to maintenance staff - were all professional and pleasant. We will stay here again whenever we come through town!

Very exquisite over the top breakfast. Some construction was in the making but overall it was a nice clean, quiet location definitely recommended specially with children.
