This place needs serious work. The elevator shook so bad each time we used it. The cable boxes hanging off the walls with cable in reach of small children. Sofa bed had linens from previous guest. Floors above creaking so loud, couldn’t sleep. Not worth the $400. Terrible.

Place was dirty and unkept. It's a pet friendly place and threaten our family with calling animal control because our small dog was barking. Horrible place! Noisy because of traffic and close proximity to dinning and lobby. Room was unkept and towels were dirty. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pro: The front desk person was very nice, but that’s the only part of my experience here that was good. Cons: Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Flores were filthy - bottom of fresh socks were black after just walking from the bed to the couch. The bathtub wasn’t clean at all… it had a decent amount of hair in it. The toilet wouldn’t fill the tank with enough water to flush properly. The TV in the living room area didn’t work (cable box was missing the power cord and it had no remote). The breakfast made 2 of our family members sick.

There was an odd smell as soon as you walk through the front door. We only planned on being in town for the weekend and wanted to stay somewhere with an outside pool. I wish we had picked another hotel. The pool and hot tub were filthy. The main pool was green and the hot tub was full of dirt. When we let the front desk know how filthy they were they acted completely surprised. The front desk is about 100’ away from the pool I’m pretty sure they already knew. They said it should be ok to swim in. Lol gross. No thank you I do not wish to add a staff infection to my stay. Needless to say we did not swim. My kids were pretty bummed out about it.

Hotel is run down. Maintenance required on several hotel entry doors, room doors, elevator need repair. Hotel room bathroom was not cleaned properly (toothpaste on sink from previous guest). Breakfast bar not the greatest. Waffle machine was broken, fresh fruit was not good and very little of it offered, no apples or bananas offered. Bar staff not keeping up with items when they ran out, i.e., bread for toast, coffee. Room air conditioner was too loud and would wake the family each time it kicked off during night making for grumpy guests.
