Sleep Inn & Suites near Westchase

The icebox barely worked the people beside us had kids jumping up and down all night so really didn't get no rest

I was with my family and everything was fine. the room is very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean. We stayed 5 days, so we used the washer and dryer and we didn't have any problems.

Bed bugs all in-between sheets pillow cases and sides of bed no help at all 😞 with 2 small children. Staff not helpful at all worse stay ever

Our family stayed for 3 days in 2 rooms. Both didn't have ventilation fans, broken faucets, and some light bulbs went out. The noise insulation of the walls was pretty terrible. Slamming door noise from other rooms was pretty loud around midnight.

I booked this hotel because of its excellent reviews and ratings (8.8). The facility was indeed clean and well maintained. However, I was extremely disappointed because of the following reasons: First, the hotel is located right next to a gas station and a loud busy road. I can clearly hear every single car passing by at night, probably due to poor window sound insulation. My family and I barely got any sleep. Second, the breakfast was horrible. Most hotels have a variety of foods to choose from, however the most this hotel has to offer is a few muffins, waffles, some dairy options, and a whole lot of counter space. Third, when I checked into our room, there was only one half used roll of toilet paper for a family of 4. it would be nice if the housekeeping team leave another roll of toilet paper as extras. Hope the management team will address these issues soon.

The hotel was great but my friends and I couldn’t sleep. We stayed there 2 nights and the room above us kids were rubbing crazy since early morning. We all couldn’t sleep. Ruined our 2 days we came to enjoy with lack of sleep. Room phones were not working so we could call and inform.

Not family friendly. Very shady. Service was horrible. The rooms and whole 3rd floor smelled like weed. Rooms not sound insulated basically both nights we were awakened by noise from other rooms
