It’s very nice staff was helpful nice area kid friendly only thing was my deluxe room didn’t feel like a deluxe bathroom was small if I ever come back I will stay at this hotel

Our stay was based on family trip, the AC was not that good and too noisy every time works, bathtub was not draining at all. Cleanliness was not at it best. May not book at that hotel again.

Hotel was very clean but aged. You could tell remodeling was needed with the carpet being frayed at some places against the base boards and deep scratches on some of the furniture. These points didn’t deter my husband and I because the room and hotel overall was very clean. The costumer service was top notch. If we would’ve been traveling with our child I would have like to see more family friendly channels on the tv. The price we paid on hotel.com was worth the room we received. I’m very pleased.

We was assigned to a room in 2nd floor. My children was frighten when they saw a death cockroach in the bath room. We told the staff and they assigned us to different room. I would rate this hotel as 2 stars level

The staff was professional, and the free parking was a plus. The $25 hold for incidentals was even better. The room was great and had everything i needed. Would reccomend this hotel to all if my friends, family, and business associates.
