This is one of a few times that we have stayed here and love it each time. It is very spacious for families and in decent area and not too far from the interstate. Will definitely stay here again.

My family and I love this place. Everything is awesome here. The hotel is very clean, awesome customer service and wonderful breakfast. Keep up the wonderful things you guys do. Will definitely come back again.

This is always the perfect hotel to stay in for families. The rooms has just enough room for the kids to run around in, and the amenities and mini kitchen is spectacular. The front desk were right on top of any problem that we had and I will always visit this hotel.

I had a peaceful stay, I enjoyed swimming in the pool, my suite was very clean and spacious, and the room design was aesthetically pleasing. The only thing that I disliked was the connected rooms. The most important thing for me is to feel safe within my own space and privacy, and it made me feel uneasy because I could hear my neighbor and their multiple children very clearly even when they spoke at a normal volume.

I would have given this review a 5 star but as soon as I checked in, I noticed a bug on the bed. I travel a lot and I have never experienced this before. After showing a pic and a video of the bug crawling on the bed to the front desk clerk, he immediately moved me to another room that was clean. The only disappointment was the separation from the rest of my family. I booked two suites preferably next to each other. Since I had to move, we were separated the entire week. They stayed on the first floor and I was moved to the 3rd floor. Other than that, the rest of the facility was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I had to come to the area again, I would probably stay here again but I will definitely check the bed.

Every times i come to Houston, my family like to stay here, it's convenient, breakfast was good, staffs are friendly. Highly recommended, one thing hotel need to be fixed, that was the water at the sink in bathroom running weak, other than that is perfect place for my family.

The day when arrived we have to wait like 2 hours for our Room No clean rooms available and no staff to work. Around 8 families waiting on the lobby with the same issue.

Extremely disappointed service especially checkin . Made us wait for an hour with a toddler as the rooms were not cleaned.Booked a room with kitchen, yet there were no pans and pots as it was festive season. Room was not cleaned with pet hairs all over the pillows. No blind in the window. No toiletries in bathroom

Wonderfully spacious room!! Loved the suite layout, very convenient for traveling with the kiddos :) nicely kept and the bed was really big and comfy! Front desk receptionist, Vinnie, was an extremely helpful and nice young man. Very warm welcome that we appreciated after our long drive. Will definitely be staying again!
