The bathrooms/tubs had something caked on them. I ended up using the second bathroom with the walk-in shower. I wouldn't use the first bathroom. Other than the bathrooms it was clean. Within walking distance to everything. Loved the golf cart shuttle. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have small activities for kids throughout the day which is nice if you'll be at the hotel. The restaurant on the property was very good.

Wonderful stay, my kids have a wonderful time, some rust accessories in the bath and my sofa bed was bad, but they change my room.. the pizza at blossom was delicious. We went to the palm beach and have a wonderful sunset and live shows!!

Great for families with kids. Water park and pool was fun! Clean facilities, however, most elevators were broken at the time of our stay. Other than that, definitely recommend this hotel for your stay at Galveston!

Awesome stay! A little pricey but all in all a great time. I would give this place a 5/5, but the front desk were not that great and 2 of the main elevators were broken while we visited. Great for kiddos, awesome pools and the Rain Forrest pyramid is amazing! We would go back for sure. Added bonus- the buffets deserts were delicious!

This place was so kid friendly!! Pool, food options, walking distance to all or even better they will shuttle you. Aquarium has to be the best one I’ve been too. Palm Beach is great and accommodates all ages perfectly. Loved the extra details like movie night!

Besides the difficult process of checking in and getting luggage upstairs it was remarkable. All the stuff for my kiddo was phenomenal
