Great hotel but don’t use the valet- they dented the front of our corvette and trier to tell us it was like that when they got it! We baby that car everywhere we go and no way we would have not known that! No they moved another car too close to it and didn’t take the blame. Shameful.

The staff at this gorgeous hotel are just top-notch. Galveston is such a unique place to visit and if you are interested in being on the strand side (as opposed to beach side) and you like luxury, then this hotel is your place. Ryan was particularly accommodating towards my family. We appreciate our time at The Tremont very much.

We had a great experience staying at the Tremont with our toddler. It is a beautiful property, so clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Was talked into switching room from 2 Queens to a King to allow a family of 4 to have our original room Was told that the room would be bigger. At the same cost as the 2 bed room. However the room was smaller , and was sharing the wall with the elevator. Each time the elevator went up or down our room experienced the noise and vibration. All day, all night long! Would not go back to the Tremont. Next time the Grand Galvez !

We stayed the night in Galveston so we could catch our cruise the following morning. The hotel was really nice, pretty clean and slept very comfortably. The location is great and in the heart of historic Galveston. I'd definitely stay again and treat my family to a nice hotel for a weekend getaway.

We were so impressed with the Treemont hotel! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We found the staff to be very helpful and welcoming. The hotel lobby bar made for a nice place to gather with family and friends!

The renovations at this hotel are just beautiful. Our junior suite was huge and fabulous. Bed was comfortable and overall ambience of the hotel is really cool. My only suggestions would be (1) better lighting at the sink/mirror in the bathroom for makeup application - I had to go in the bedroom in front of a window to put my makeup on, (2) would have loved a shower cap. The staff was all beyond friendly and helpful, and the breakfast sandwiches we had one morning were fresh and delicious. We couldn’t go to the rooftop bar because it is being renovated right now - definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.
