Hotel was comfortable, very good customer service. The only complaint, the pet odor is very apparent but would stay again. Arrived at 1am from a long drive and the clerk was amazing! Very accommodating. Our family has taken many cruises out of Galveston, we will add this hotel to our preferred choices.

Stuff is rude and unprofessional Sheets were dirty and never changed after previous tenants. Waited about 40 minutes by the front desk to reactivate my key nobody showed up. Front desk employee was cursing at the customer and telling him to get out from hotel during the day and the guy was with his family and kids.

Got to the hotel and waited at the lobby desk for 10 minutes to be greeted for check in. Got to room, and AC was off and extremely hot and uncomfortable. Hotel pool was green and didn't want my family swimming in it, even though it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Light bulbs out in a couple of lamps.

I Was unable to Check in to your property due to a family Emergency..After several call and no answer, to infrom the staff ofmy dilemma. I received a csll from someone of your staff at appointment 10pm the same day , he was rude and unprofessional and refuse to give his name i will ne calling Manger in the am so i will not be chargefor the oneday expense..
