Quick vacation with kids. Clean nice

Challenging holiday weekend. Plenty of people, not all that of which were that great. Loud music at the pool, unruly kids and parents with glass bottles. Check in person seemed upset, kinda rude. BUT HANNA on Monday 9-4-23. I left my wedding ring in the room. It had not been rented, so she went to look for it and found it. Can't thank her enough. Overall, hotel was ok. Could be cleaner and bit nicer, based on the brand, but it worked. Hanna saved the day, though!!

The hotel is nice but service is lacking. We got no room service for 3 days. Requested front desk to have one of our beds’ sheets changed but it was never put in the system. We traveled with 2 kids and our trash was not taken out, so we kept the bins outside because of diapers. BE AWARE OF THE $15/day parking!!! It’s in the fine print.

We have been staying here for over 4 years maybe more and I always give a great review but this time I just cant’!!! For the price of $800 for 2 nights!!! I expected nothing but beautiful room but no for summer knowing your a hotel you all should maintain your a/c maintenance the a/c unit in our room 426 never went down from 76!!!! It even went as high as 78 called front desk they never gave a call back never offer another room I’m so glad we only went there sto sleep it was a hell room!!! To say the least and were can I begin! Ask for room service in the morning of our stay they said I had to ask 24 hour before I was like I want even hear!!!! So I asked for towels and toilet paper cuz we only had 1 when we got there! When we got there the room furniture was disaster the bed wood on wall was dirty! The chair for the desk was ripped plastic and I inside coming out, the drawer to put stuff up had a screw missing and instead of repairing that would take about 1 minute they just left like that mattress on bed bottom was dirty like a dog peed on it and stained on the corner nasty!!! And it looked like they had already remodeled the room! The tile that was done in the bathroom on before going in was cracked and we had to put a towel as when we walked it would stick up and we’re scared our kid would get cut! The carpet was had stains on it and dirty like how long could it get you all too not booked all rooms and power wash those carpet ones and a while!!! And pool Didn’t work eithe

I’m horrified to say the least when we checked in the room that we got was nothing like the one I was shown online and then to top it off there was a giant flying roach in the rest room while I was in the shower so trying to run to call downstairs I slipped The pool was closed which was not mentioned when I booked. Also no pillows or blankets for the pull out as requested. I’d like either a refund or something I need to speak to management I let the office know when the incident happened. But since it’s my kids and I are not happy. We came for a little Get away due to a loss in our family and it’s been nothing but hectic since we checked in. Thank you kindly

It was our first time as a family of four staying on the beach it was worth every penny. The breakfast that they provide was very good and filling.

The property is doing some renovations so a few things were a bit of an eye soar, but there wasnt any noise or disturbances. Bed was super comfy and the room was pleasant. The hotel is located across the street from Walmart for easy convenience and close to food places and restaurants, also its walking distance to the beach. We had an overall good stay and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
