When we arrived, we noticed that you had to hold the flusher down on the toilet for it to flush. Ok, we can live with that, but unfortunately, the toilet clogged and overflowed for my husband the next morning. Upon calling the front desk to inform them, they told him that he would have to come get a plunger at the front desk! Are you kidding me????? Paying money for a hotel room and have to unclog the toilet ourselves???? This is unacceptable as well as embarrassing--riding the elevator down to get a plunger and bringing it back to the third floor! Disgusting to have to get ready with a dirty bathroom floor and the staff seemed unconcerned! To top things off, someone else tried to get into our room!!!!!! Thank goodness we had the safety lock in place. I called the front desk to complain and had to leave a message---NO return call to check on us. I DO NOT recommend this property!

This is the second time stating here visiting family in Texas. We stay in a suite. The comfort is outstanding. The service is excellent. This hotel is now my go to hotel as it is located by family, shopping and easy access to express way. I give them an A+

I have stayed at the hotel a couple of times before, and my family and I were pleased. Last time 01-14-23 I reserved a room through Orbitz the same way as previous times. When I checked in I informed the attendant that I had a dog with me. He said that they implemented a new 25 dls charge for dogs. I accepted the charge and moved on. My room was on the fourth floor. When I entered the building with my family and the dog I was informed that management did not want dogs in the building because it was renovated recently. Therefore, I could not stay there I got a refund. If they don't want dogs change the policy. Also, inform all the employees about it. Lack of management and communication.

Booked a reservation to attend an out of town memorial service. My credit card was ran prior to arrival without authorization twice and was told it was declined. The terms I signed and agreed to stated payment would be rendered upon check-out. In actuality I had sufficient funds and my room was reserved with one card but I intended on paying with my business card. The front desk had the nerve to ask if they could run my card again. I declined, left, and stayed elsewhere. What was already a difficult time of grieving and stress was worsened. My family and I have no interest in ever staying here in the future.

This is a pet friendly hotel which is nice. We had a family suite and it was nice. I was a little disappointed that the couch was only a full size.sofa bed. I thought it would be a Queen size. They could replace the mattress with a better quality mattress. Springs squeeked everytime you turned over, sat down or got up. Was going to use the pool one evening but it was dirty. Cloudy, grass and sand in it.

Perfect except a child threw up in the pool and the person working the front desk advised he would shut down the pool….he, in fact, did not in any way.

Booked family suite room and GM checked us in to the wrong room as it was not as described in itinerary photos and details, I then went to front to explain to Velpa(GM) that our room wasn't the one I'd booked, with the difference in the two rooms being 200 additional square feet on the anticipated

I have been using this hotel for the past six years for business and family trips. This time problems started before I even checked in. First off the hotel has changed hands in the past few months and the new owner decided that he would just charge everybody for the first night at 3 PM. Regardless, if you’re there or not I don’t agree with this. In some instances, I may not want to use the same card that I reserved the room with. Therefore that causes me an inconvenience. Second, when I got to my room, I noticed that there were no white curtains to block the light in the morning. I was planning on sleeping in, so I called the front desk and was advised that maintenance would be in at eight and they would remedy the situation. The sun comes up well before 8 o’clock, so that didn’t exactly work for me, Next, the TV has now been taken off the wall, the wall has been putting it in, and there is a small TV sitting on the hutch with no stand. When I bumped the hutch by accident, walking to the bathroom, the TV fell over. Then, I decided to warm up a muffin that I had brought for breakfast and when I went to put it in the microwave, it did not work. I checked, the microwave was plugged in. I turned the dial nothing. The morning I was checking out, housekeeping tried to come into my room three times beginning at 8AM. On checkout day, housekeeping should be nowhere near my room. This has been a favorite place to stay. However, this was my last visit.
