The staff were awesome. Room, shower, toilet, bedding, sofa bed, furniture, was very clean. The Holiday inn surrounding area is amazing. See a few attached photos. Pool and laundry located on 6th floor. (Bring quarters or use debit or credit card) Rachel who works in guest services took care of my family, amazing customer focus and is very genuine. My Family and I will be staying here again. There is an amazing walking/biking/trail next to the lake.

I would not stay here again. The front desk person when we checked in wouldn’t let us checkin with our Orbitz reservation even after a representative from Orbitz called and confirmed our reservation. Front desk wouldn’t budge and was was very indifferent that he wasn’t helping us. Paid ‘last minute rate’ to just check in since it was midnight. Entire hotel smells like pot. I had one of my kids with me and both of us were disgusted. The only perk was the taco truck across the street. Glad we were close to that. Otherwise, will never stay again and probably won’t ever stay in a Holiday Inn after the terrible customer service.

We stayed in this hotel for so long when my kids are in college but this is the first time that they have as a view which my & husband love. We’ll come back again & again to this hotel

It was an okay experience.. I was a little upset that the room I reserved was suppose to be a stand in shower and it actually was a little shower with a tub. The walls were real dirty. The towel holder next to the sink was broke off and could be dangerous around little ones.
