I was very happy with our stay. The hotel is clean, convenient, and comfortable. I chose this hotel for its location relative to our plans. There is a trolly stop just outside of the door to the hotel which makes getting around convenient. There is only valet parking available, which is expected when staying downtown. The valet service was friendly, helpful, and polite. The check in was easy and simple even with the hotel being full. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast had a good selection, friendly staff, and tasted good. I would have given 4.5 star rating if that were an option. I would stay here again if visiting Memphis because I believe this hotel is a great value compared to other hotels in the area. I would also recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Having the extra space of a suite was nice when traveling with the family. The location was very convenient to downtown attractions and a riverfront park.

Great for a family stay. Staff was great. Breakfast was gluten free friendly. Wish they had more towels and bedding in the room for the pull out bed.

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay at Spring Hill suites . We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the staff kept the food stocked and tables wiped down as guests poured in . One inconvenience was the elevator ; getting off on one floor and walking across the floor to get to our room . Although I wasn’t pleased with paying for parking , the attendants were efficient and polite when we picked up our car .

The room was tight to fit 2 adults and 3 children. The bathroom tub was not clean and had hair from previous guests.! The HVAC had a major problem with foul smell coming out each time you hear upper level guests flush the toilet!! You can not self park and have to depend on Valet Parking and may have to wait 15-20 minutes to get the car back!! The staff were kind and polite. The breakfast was good!

The location was great for walking to many local spots. The room layout was great for a big family. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. There were many random hairs around the room, and even cookies in the air conditioning unit.

We loved the hotel, very big: 2 beds and 1 sofa. Perfect for 3 people, and even more if it's the same family. Great breakfast . Phamacie just nearby, short walk to Baile street

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Free breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself was further away from the main tourist areas but still an easy walk. Parking was expensive. Pool was outside and too cold to use so my children were disappointed. Room was large and comfortable for family.

Staff was friendly, check in and check out was easy going and hotel was nice. Wish there were a few more trash cans in the room. Stayed in a two queen suite with sitting area and there was one trash can for the entire room (and for a family of four we can fill a small trash can easily). Paid for valet parking that was $28 for 24 hours. Kind of pricey but other option was to pay $25 every time we left in public parking.
