I made my reservations 2 or more hours ahead, usually Travelocity does great, but we got to the hotel and they couldn’t find our reservation. Was on the phone for over an hour with a rep who kept going between me and the night manager (mind you it was 6pm when we got there and 7:30 by the time we decided to leave). My family was tired from the drive and we thought we were going to get something to eat close by, but the time we done with deciding to just cancel the reservation, most restaurants were closing. The dumpsters are right outside the door, so immediately smelt trash. The staff seemed unwilling to work with the Travelocity rep and we could barely understand the rep. Had to ask many times, “I’m sorry I can’t understand you.”

housekeeping was on point by making the beds as well as refilled any shampoo/conditioner towels - much appreciated. front lobby was clean and staff were welcoming and informative at check-in. kitchen staff were quick to have hot breakfast filled and very helpful to the children when operating the hot waffle irons. the only thing i dislike was the smell of weed inside the room and the windows were paper thin. i could hear dogs barking and emergency vehicles passing by from the highest floor.

The room was just right for our family. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. The only complaint was the pool. It was closed. One of the main reasons we choose this hotel was for the roof top pool with a view of the pyramid. My kids were quite disappointed that the pool was closed.

Over 5 days,11 members of our family eventually occupied 4 rooms. We very much appreciated every staff member who made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Their service was consistent & well done. Kudos & thank you so much!

The front desk staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Check in was very efficient. The breakfast was great and lots of options. I would definitely stay here again and recommend my friends and family.

THERE WERE BED BUGS IN OUR ROOMS. We talked to the front desk and they didn't seem to care about our concern. We were told that the manager was going to reach us about our findings, but never did. We traveled with small children was one beg bug was too many, let alone the handful of ones we found. So sleepless night trying to make sure kids were safe. Parking structure seemed that it took place in the movie set of Robocop that everything was very sketchy with bad light, the corridors that connected the packing to the elevators were pitch black, so you did not know if there were stairs or, to my surprise, puddle of smelly water.

Well maintained hotel and friendly service. We stayed as a family for 2 nights on the 15th floor with a wonderful view on the river. Hotel staff was very friendly as well the breakfast service was great! Thank you for having us. Parking is at the hotel with fair pricing.

The rooftop pool was awesome! It overlooks the river and was very enjoyable in the afternoon with the family. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was excellent!

We were not able to use the pool it was not clean on the day we could. They said there were some kids in it earlier and that why it was dirty (it was 9am)
