Wonderful hotel, centrally located to Beal street and several major attractions. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The adjacent restaurant has phenomenal food and great service. This hotel is a whole vibe. Our family loved it!!

When first arriving to check in a car had been been broken into right across the street. During checkin they gave us key to the wrong room and we walked in on a different family with kids. They then made them also come to front desk and show ID for them being it their room. Then they went back to room and there key was deactivated and had to return to front desk again. The hotel then charged us a room night in their system even though we paid in full through Expedia. Still working through getting that refund to CC. Room and pool area where both good and all staff was very friendly atleast.

There was bugs on my bed , I reached out to the front desk and nothing was done .I brought an air mattress and sleep there with my child

I really enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn Downtown Memphis. The main things I look for in a hotel is a clean room, clean bathroom, safe, comfortable beds, friendly and courteous staff, and a hot breakfast. We were there for my brother's funeral. You exceeded all of these by far and gave us comfort in a sad time. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Room was good. Pool was drained so we couldn’t use it. Not safe to walk the area after 7pm and there are no restaurants anywhere nearby. Homeless sleeping and lighting fires in ally next to building (staff didn’t seem to be phased or care). Would not book through Expedia. Parking is an extra $22 and breakfast is not included. Would certainly not recommend for families with children.

Last minute booking and it did not disappoint. We and our two kids (13 & 11) enjoyed this stay very much. If you’re looking for perfection in aesthetics, this is not, but normal signs of wear and tear aside, this is a great place. We will look for Hotel Indigo for our next travel needs.

Service was excellent. We had to check out early for a family emergency and they weee very friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in was nice but there was a persistent hum all night from outside. We also turned the AC off but it continued to run. Otherwise, it was a great stay

I have stayed at other hotel indigo, this location met my standards in cleanliness, service and location. The last night did get rather noisy in the early hours of the morning. But overall my family and I enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff was very helpful with activities and restaurants.

We had to book at the last minute due to the mis-representation of another hotel. My family, wife and teen daughter and I, got a two queen room. It was clean, well appointed, and when we checked in at 12:30 AM after a band competition the staff was so nice and accommodating. Pool is beautiful even though we did not use it. Will stay here again!
