The price for a room with a kitchen and living area is great. Well taken care of. I would normally avoid staying anywhere this poputated but had a medical procedure nearby and family to visit so decided to find a place in walking distance of their place as parking in the area is scarce. The place is pet friendly and they don't charge you extra for your pet. That's a Big plus. They do want you to let them know when checking in so they can put you in an appropriate room and staff with pet allergies don't get scheduled to clean your room.

pretty noisy with a family next door up late with a loudly crying child. (nothing you could do anything about) table and chairs could have been a little nicer (paint coming off) metal bed platform made a sound with every move.

This is an older facility which looks as if it is a conversion of an apartment building. We had a 1 bedroom suite which included a large leaving room, kitchenette, and separate bedroom. It showed it age which may bothersome people but it was very clean and very comfortable. It is also in a nice area and close to our friends and family who we come to visit. Walking to Powell's and other stores is easy but a bus is just a short block away. A very nice grocery store, restaurants and shopping are close by along NE 23rd Street. The management staff is friendly, helpful and clearly want you to enjoy your stay. We will stay here when we next come for a quick visit.

A very practical hotel for traveling with a family. The rooms seem clean, although dated. Our last night, there was a strong chemical smell in our room (almost like cleaning supplies) despite having a do not disturb sign out our entire stay. The bed is fairly comfortable, the black out blinds work well. Parking is very tight, and sometimes completely full.

Floor was dirty had something sticky and food on it. Had definitely not been mppped. We got there late and we’re there because a family memwver unexpectedly died and was to emotional y and physically exhausted to do anything g about it. Went to sleep and left as soon as we could.

We reserved two rooms - one for me and my wife and one for my daughter and her family. However they were overbooked and only one room was available. After about an hour of fussing around they moved me and my wife to another hotel in the area - at their expense - which was nice but nevertheless grossly inconvenient.

Park Lane Suites and Inn was a great place for our family to stay for our week long trip to Portland. The suite we stayed in was affordable and comfortable for our family of three. Having the kitchen was handy for the times we didn't want to get food out and for my husbands coffee habit (Keurig machine in the room). The suites portion of the property obviously hasn't been renovated, but it was nice just the same, and you can't beat the free parking and the close by transit service and shops.

The hotel room was nice, older hotel but looks to be taken care of. Most staff were great to talk to. My only issue is as a disabled customer I could not park in the handicapped parking spot due to a front desk staff parking in the hashmarks. All of the parking spaces are also small. There is no room to get out of the car or get a child out of their car seat. They also have a tiny “fridge” in the room like the kind that you use to keep drinks cold in your room and it wasn’t even cold. I didn’t notice it wasn’t cold until my daughters milk spoiled.

The suite was great for our family. It was very clean. It's an older property but well maintained. Walking distance to Providence Park, #goTimbers. Also close to Rose Garden and the Japanese gardens. We walked but, it's a bit of an uphill walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's the second time we've stayed there, and would stay again.
