Room 115. Looks like room above had major water leak. Ceiling above bed was poorly repaired like the other repairs done in the room. Walls are paper thin. Had little league teams staying there...kids yelling and running up and down hallway one night. Had a tractor trailer parked outside our room another night...with motor running! Resonating in our room! Room had very cleaning chemical smell to it...very unpleasant. Seats in dining area were filthy and stained! Nice view out back of drained run down pool. Shower head barely streamed water. Room was small too. Worst hotel stay Ive ever had. Should have stayed at Holiday or the Hampton like before

It was clean and family friendly. Staff was excellent. Food options around the area are limited but we found Mexican. It was ok.

Our room was clean and didn’t have a weird smell. The lady who checked us in was exceptionally pleasant. The pool was warm which was really pleasing for the kids. The continental breakfast was excellent! I don’t have any complaints about this hotel.

Such a relief to find a clean, smoke free, comfortable hotel that was affordable for a family trip. Thank you, Country Inn and Suites for giving me jope that hospitality isn't extinct.

The staff were very welcoming, especially Keri. HK even left us a welcoming note in our room. The room gave modern vibes and was at an excellent temperature after a long, hot day at Cedar Point. Keri checked in via text to ensure that nothing was needed in our room which I thought was nice. Slept like a baby! Later, I woke up with the munchies and was able to snag some snacks in the lobby for a low price. Convenient! Breakfast was hot and ready. It’s about 30 minutes with traffic to the hotel from Cedar Point, but it is worth the drive in my opinion! I really enjoyed my stay. Forgot what good hospitality feels like!

Our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty nice each day and it saved our family some money as we did not have to eat out. Kim was super nice every morning delivering us bottled water. We used the fitness area often. The treadmills worked great. The only two things I would say negatively is that two times in the week we stayed, the maid service forgot to leave washclothes and hand towels. That was strange. The second thing is there a train track right next to the hotel and trains went by often. Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay.,

Room was very spacious which is nice when traveling with children. Check in went quick and smoothly. The breakfast was also very good.
