From check in to check out it was a truly relaxing and wonderful experience. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The room was spotless, truly one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was great with several options that everyone in my family was able to enjoy. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The insulation is a bit thin, and this is a magnet for kids, so perhaps not for couples without children. CLEAN, friendly, and such great staff!

Overall a nice stay, convenient location and aesthetics are newer. Staff were very friendly, the key cards had fingerprints and not sure what else but they were dirty. We cleaned them with our baby wipes. They had a large group with kids making it very loud, chaotic basically everywhere in the hotel. This is not their fault but it was annoying especially at 2am. I think anywhere you stay in that area you would get the kids and noise though.

Hotel was great room was clean. Lobby was full of families enjoying there evening. All was great until some children decided to use furniture as a jungle Jim and throw food around the area with no parental supervision. Was disappointed with the desk staff who’s main concern was hotel reviews and would not say anything to the children as to not have the parents give bad reviews. Not looking out for all your quests

High Praise to ALL the staff, especially Luke, the night manager who went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure our stay was comfortable and we were happy. We stayed 4 days for a family memorial and our rooms was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast staff came to recognize us, leaned our dogs names and asked about my elderly Mom when I was downstairs alone. They ALL made us feel like family. Kudos!

I booked this hotel because it was part of Hilton,,, its NOT Hilton quality. it is as cheap as a motel 6, No coffee maker, No microwave, Very Cheap room, No closet just a pipe hanging from wall to hang clothing, Just a very Cheap roon Like for collage kids. Never book a TRu hotel again , and will rething booking a Hilton.

Extremely kid friendly and safe for the kids to hangout in the lobby with no problem. Breakfast was quaint but enough for a quick meal.

I loved the atmosphere the lobby provided. It was very welcoming and included plenty of seating along with games for the kids! Breakfast was simple yet delicious.

Upon arrival I learned a omeone else was checked in under my name. Sat around until 2am with two children, waiting for the hotel and police to figure out how that happened. Turns out it was a name mix up. Absolutely unacceptable.

This was the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel, and it has been a consistently excellent experience. Do not shy from this hotel based on any negative reviews, because if you look at them, you will find they are largely petty complaints and the hotel was given in unfairly low ranking for it. This is a great place to stay, it is very clean, well-kept, friendly staff, and accommodating. The manager went out of his way to make see to the needs of our toddler.
