When we drove up we parked near valet just to check in and then parked in the parking garage right next to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and willing to help with questions and directions. The place was really big inside and very clean. The post office inside was actually really great as we were traveling through the states and wanting to send different things from the trip to family. We traveled with our dogs and they gave us a room with the view of all the shops a restaurant at the other end of hotel. It was a spacious clean room. The location is great as there are activities and restaurants within minutes of walking distance

We love it here! We have stayed multiple times for a christmas family girl's weekend. The vibe at Christmas is amazing. The building is beautiful and unique in general but at christmas it's magical. I would just watch out if you don't like noise at night, they have events (weddings and parties) almost every time we stay. And while the noise stops promptly at 11 if it bothers you before then I would avoid. But it doesn't bother us, and we even like how lively it feels!

Valet parking is alot it should be included but it’s very convenient and fast. Room service should have better food options but the food was very good quality and sizes very big the kids meal is like huge. House keeping cleans daily the staff is very nice and located near alot of cool food places and things to do

Horrible experience I ever had in my life traveling. No house keeping we stayed for 3 days. When asked about the house keeping they said due to pandemic no house keeping without request so I said I am requesting now could you please send someone to clean the bath tans the answer was “we need 24hrs notice” but no one told us when we checked in about this 24hrs notice for house keeping. It was such misuse of pandemic situation which no longer exist. Secondly every evening from 6pm until midnight wedding reception was going on in the middle of the hotel noice was too loud couldn’t even get a sleep. I would never go back to this hotel and won’t allow my friends and family go there either.

Amazing building in a great location for dining and drinking options. Parking is not provided, so you must find a garage nearby. This can be very frustrating if there are any events going on at the time of your stay. There isn't a pool or hot tub at this location, so kids might not enjoy it as much as parents. ;-) Also, something complimentary to eat in the morning would have been nice. We will definitely revisit this property (for kid-free getaways). :-)
