The room that was assigned to my family and myself was the most distant room on the highest floor of the hotel (4th floor). With a disabled person in a wheelchair, this was not convenient. Also, the toilet didn't operate. When we had to use the toilet, we had to use the public bathroom in the lobby of the first floor.

Very nice staff, fairly clean and nice hotel. Unfortunately, walls are very thin and with guests above, kids around in other room, it was a long, tiring night.

First room we got was not cleaned up at all. So second room we got had been "fixed" to look like it was made but as soon as we lifted bed sheet we saw urine chucks on bed 5hen we saw bathroom towels had just been picked up from floor and barely folded. We got really grossed out and despite it was very late at night and we had small children we just walked out of there asap

The room was large and gave us enough space to have family over to visit us while there. What I didn’t like was the wait for the room. I’m sure they are under staffed like everyone so we had to sit and wait 2 hours for the room
