My girlfriend booked this room, It was a really nice suite for our family. Besides being a little far away from Syracuse it had all the amenities we needed. The free breakfast was a nice thing. The staff were friendly and courteous. There’s lots of food options close by as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Your staff is absolutely wonderful. Sue was so welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. Our kids made sure to go out of their way to say thank you to her. Pool was chilly but kids still loved it. Our room was huge and quiet. We would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here for the nyway wrestling tournament, the pool area kept the kids busy at night. The pool area also has a hot tub. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The beds are a bit unconfortable and need to be updated, you can feel the springs.

Pool n hot tub were great touch for us family of 4. Only 1 elevator working was a bit of a pain as it was long waits to get up n down. Fridge kinnda worked but not fully keeping drinks cold.

The hotel and staff at Hampton Inn Syracuse/Clay are fantastic. I could not be happier with my stay. I will always stay here when traveling to visit family iin the area.

We were a little skeptical when we first checked in because there were a lot of kids running around back and forth to the pool, but after the pool closed it was nice and quiet. Ashley at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice. Clean & comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Would recommend for a short stay

Friendly and very accommodating staff to our large group family reunion. Close to groceries, liquor, restaurants and clothes shopping. Great area to stay, just could use a little updating….a bit run down since the last stay a few years ago
