Hampton Inn & Suites Syracuse North Airport Area

Good location, very close to the bus station, not too far from convenient stores. Clean, front desk staff nice, but our stay did not end well; on the day my family was supposed to leave, check out time was 12:00 pm, but around 8:00am , someone from housekeeping came banging on the door so loud, waking us up, just to see if the room was empty. I was very upset , went to complain at the front desk; I found that behavior to be unprofessional and disrespectful. At least the people at the front desk were nice and apologized. We couldn’t go back to rest and left around 9:00am.

This to be the hotel where my family and I would go when we come to the Destiny Mall once a month. Staff is very nice and kids love the pool but I am going to have to look for a new hotel because of the EV charging situation. Most of the times I got to charge for free but now you have to pay. Going to hotel that still lets me charge for free

Quick family trip to Syracuse to go to Destiny USA and the stores we don't get in Canada (ala Target, Trader Joes, etc). Hotel and members were great, only issue was a few hairs on the bathroom sink and floor when we arrived.

Welcoming staff was very friendly and nice. Simple, clean service desk. The room was terribly musty and that smell didn't go away once the A/C was turned on. That really drops the rating of a hotel for me and my family. The room was average and essentially handled the minimal for a stay.

I spent the night here with my kids. It's relatively newly remodeled and very clean. I would stay here again during long road trips.

Service at check in was professional, courteous and he an absolute gentleman, going over and beyond to be helpful, all while wearing a smile. This means the world when you are traveling with children.

The staff were THE nicest. They made everything easy for me to check in a bit early to take a much needed nap. The bed and the room was just so comfortable. I slept like a baby until dinner time and then I got up and headed 5 minutes away to a sweet and awesome family owned Italian restaurant - Pastabilities. Then one of the best sleeps again of my life.

Simply amazing! We have nothing but rave reviews for this hotel and mainly the staff! The hotel is easy to locate, inviting and clean! Completely up to date. We were happy with every aspect of this hotel! The check in was easy, very friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were clean, the staff continually provided fresh towels. The breakfast was inviting and the staff amazing! Continually filled food items and even asked every patron if they were all set before closing for the morning! There fresh drinks throughout the day. The rooms were clean, beds were perfect to sleep on and I loved the pillows! The AC worked perfectly! Above all every interaction my family had with the staff of this hotel was amazing!!! Well done! I’ve honestly never seen more caring, well mannered and available staff! Thank you from our large family!!!

In the room the door on the bathroom was a "barndoor" style. It was extremely heavy and had no stop. Our fingers were pinched when it was slide open and didn't stop. If i was a child it could have severed my finger. It was definitely unsafe.

Everything we read about the hotel on Expedia was accurate about this family and pet friendly hotel.
