Per the price you pay for a night stay, breakfast should be included in your stay. You should not have to pay extra, although children are free.

Rooms & beds were great. We went for pool which was a little cool but satisfactory. A notice about Hot tub's temp was posted - usable but temp was slowly increasing. (I was told that over the phone on Tuesday, yet still not at optimum temp on Friday.) Seemed comfortably warm on Saturday morning. We didn't use the stovetop but was a nice feature to have and appreciated fridge & microwave. Plenty of fast food alternatives close by for meals - restaurant seemed pricey even with kids eating free (hamburger platter posted at 24.95.)

We arrived to our room to find sticky white liquid all over the bathroom. I’m talking all over the mirror floor shower everywhere. So we called the front desk she told us to come back down and she’d give us a new room. The original room smelled weird and was very outdated despite the white liquid mess so we were already a little nervous. We walk down and back to our new room to walk into a DIRTY mop bucket with flies and black water in the room. As if the house keeper just left it there all day in that room. So I walked down to the front desk ONCE Again and said “I’m not even kidding there’s a dirty mop bucket in my room” so this time the front desk woman walked back with me to see for herself. I’m not even kidding she rolled out the mop bucket said “it’s clean though” and said she had no other rooms to offer, I was in disbelief. One of the filthiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in for close to $200. Not to mention we booked for the hottub and it was LUKE WARM and just nasty, do not stay here.

We arrived at 11:00 pm check in and were greeted ok but not welcoming. We were given a room that was above the laundry area and main office. As we entered the room, right away we checked the washroom and it was in a very bad shape. Fan was extremely dirty with full of dust. It looked old that the ceiling wall was cracked and bathtub was yellow with just disgusting outdated look. One of the queen bed cover had yellow stains, which we called service desk to change it. The noises at night were loud from the laundry room underneath us. The condition fan was loud and old. I will not give this property more than one star. I will not recommend it to friends or family and the price we paid was way to high for the quality and service we received. Please be honest with your customers and treat them the same way you would want to be treated. Total fail never again.

I liked that it was close to everything we had planned. I didn’t like that there was no lock on the bathroom door, I didn’t like the barn door for the bathroom, the stove top didn’t work which was most of the reason why we chose this hotel, the bathroom ceiling was leaking water, there was exposed cable wires, the floor wasn’t the cleanest, there was left over rose petals on the floor from the previous people, the heater wasn’t sealed properly so the cold air from outside was coming in underneath it, and we left some things in a drawer and realized when we got home but the hotel staff said that there wasn’t anything left which means somebody took them (my toddlers favorite books- probably $60 worth of books), and the drawer to the dresser was broken…

My family booked this hotel due to the close proximity to the Destiny Mall. It was about a 5 min drive. The hotel was clean. The onsite restaurant and breakfast had high quality food and service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Family friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend.

The property is well appointed. Our room came with a mini kitchenette. I dont usual care about the shampoos and conditioners at hotels but they had Dove products whoch i really like. Sarah at the front desk did an amazing job managing the desk on herr own. She was lovely and effecient. Also thank Expedia for the bottle of wine for being a VIP member! Wow what a surprise!.and having the choice of 4 different wines was a treat! I got my favourite wine Oyster Bay! We also recieved drink vouchers for the restaurant or sundries area, free breakfast, super cheap airport parking and a free.shuttle with a driver who was so nice, even though he had to drive.a van load of us to the airport at 4am! The only complaint i have were the groups of kids running up and down the hallway until 11pm. We didnt complain to the front desk though.

There was a high school band staying on the same floor as me. They had NO parental supervision. They were wrestling in the hall banging into my door. I called the front desk twice and she kind of told me to calm down. That the band had just won some kind of competition and they were celebrating. Later that night all of the kids had snuck out of their rooms and were partying in the parking lot. Was just a great night for a business traveler. Will never stay at this hotel again and I’d like the front desk clerk to know that these kids were drinking. When I told her that I saw them drinking she told me I was crazy!

Very friendly staff from front desk to pool to housekeeping. Clean and quiet rooms with high end toiletries. Our only negative feedback would be that the local water tastes highly chlorinated and the indoor pool wasn't heated (our kids didn't mind as much as me when they forced me to swim with them). Overall, for the rate and reasonable expectations a solidly good experience.
