Holiday Inn Express Lockport, an IHG Hotel

New hotel, clean, comfortable, well appointed rooms. The best breakfast we had on our road trip to take our kid to college.

Our stay was wonderful, the hotel was very clean, everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was great. We will stay there again when we visit family

This stay convenient for what our plans were! Staff is soooo friendly and very accommodating. We only stay here when visiting family. Mattress was on a very squeaky base.. room had odd odor but really spacious! We will be back!

Sheets and linen stained,and dirty,then eating Dinner and was joined by a family of red ants. Not satisfied at all

Our family stayed for one night prior to attending a football game. The hotel was very modern, nice and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast had a nice selection. Would 100% stay again!

Property is new, planned well with ample parking. Felt safe. Staff kept simple, pleasant and mainly well behaved. Bed is good. Slept weel. My family liked it. I will recommend to my surroundings. Thank you 😊

Good location. We went to see family. It is 15 minutes to most places in the area. Only complaint was the people screaming in the halls at 4am.

We spent 2 nights there for a family trip. The front desk lady, Carmen was amazing! She was a huge help with checking in, offering suggestions for places to eat and things to see and do, and making us feel welcome. The only thing we didn't care for was the breakfast. There was a great variety of food, but the items in the steamer was quite rubbery and unappealing. Fresher Items would have been nice. The pancake machine was a fun treat, but took a while. The pool was great, the staff had to unlock the pool door each time you wanted to go in, so that was kind of a pain, but the front desk ladies were great and helpfull with it. Very clean and wonderfull. Beds comfy. Would come back again!

Overall I'm very happy with it. It was very clean and the staff was pleasant. However the breakfast that was included could have been better. I stayed on a Holiday Weekend and when my family and I went down to breakfast at 9:15 (open until 10 on a Sunday) there was basically nothing left for hot food, and when I asked they would be bringing out more, they said they were done for the day. The next morning I went down earlier and again the only hot option was the leftovers from the day before. I did watch them fill up the french toast and sausage the day before as many people were waiting for hot food. So it was a little disappointing. Again, it was a Holiday weekend and I was told that the complex was had no vacancy (as my room was messed up as well, but am told this could only be corrected by Hotels.com and not the Holiday Inn). My entire point of staying at these types of hotels is for the hot breakfast as it's a nice inclusive benefit that serves my family well.
