I did not have a good experience. I came there with family and there was a lot of inconvenience. We stayed there for 4 nights and the hotel staff was reluctant to clean the room when we asked them to clean. Even when we needed extra toiletries and towels we had to go down and collect it ourselves. That’s not how you treat your customers. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone else.

This hotel was in a great location for our family, we were here visiting NYC. Price was great, the hotel was safe, must be aware of the extra fee for parking. However, we rather park inside than on side street. The room had a sofa bed, kitchen and queen bed. Jamela was GREAT! Upon entering the hotel Ms. Jamela was great and helpful, if we needed something she was on it! Not sure who took her shift over one day but they didn't have good customer service. Jamela was hands down great leaving and coming in she was friendly. Thank you Jamela and hotel for a great stay. We will stay again oh just need rollaway beds. -Tiffany

What a lovely surprise in expensive Jersey City! We only stayed one night while visiting family, but this hotel is nicely set up for extended stays as well. Our room had a full kitchen, full-sized fridge/freezer, huge desk for working, even a corkboard! The mini-mart downstairs is stocked with breakfast, lunch, and snack options. There's a closet where you can borrow games, books, DVDs, and even small appliances (popcorn popper, Instant Pot). Yet the hotel doesn't feel at all spartan or institutional like extended-stay hotels can. Furniture, decor, and fixtures were new and high-quality. Day and night desk staff were cheerful, professional, warm, and helpful.

This is a great business travel hotel. The rooms are large, there is a big desk to work at and a small kitchen if you are staying for an extended period and don't want to eat every meal out. The hotel is DATED but it's super clean. This would not be a choice for me when traveling with my family but for business purposes, it's a great value.
