Residence Inn by Marriott Jersey City

Great location, friendly staff and enjoyed our stay with teenage kids.

We had an excellent time. Extremely close to Path. Was perfect for our families trip to experience NYC at Christmas time !!

Great hotel for a family from the Midwest looking to take in all that NYC has to offer. Every day we would use the PATH in the morning to head over to WTC and Manhattan and then subway around the city from there. It was super convenient to have a PATH stop right at the hotel. Nearby restaurants were also great for when we returned from a long day on our feet being tourists. Grab some takeout and bring it back to the hotel to kick up our feet and relax. Breakfast every day was pretty good. Had to sit outdoors to eat it but it was a nice rooftop setting. Or you could take your breakfast back to your room. Had one king bed and a pullout couch for two adults and two kids (10 and 8). Pullout wasn't too bad, no big bar cranking your back all night. The little kitchenette was perfect for what we needed. All in all this is a great spot in Jersey City, save a little money and stay outside of Manhattan but yet have easy / quick access to the big apple.

Three week stay whilst visiting family. The room with kitchen facilities was ideal for our needs. The only downside was the inconsistency of bar opening times. Visited the bar only once, the bar staff were not particularly helpful and appears not wanting to be there, spent most of the time on mobile. For a bar with terrace in vibrant Jersey City you would have thought that they would have a good selection of cocktails, non available and the cost for two drinks was about $28 which was not competitive with other bars in the area. Very disappointing
