The suite was amazing and had plenty of room for toddler to run around after being in the car for 8 hrs.

Very friendly staff during checkin around 7pm. However our room was next to a room with a dog that barked often until around 9pm. Then at 9:45pm some idiot family on the floor above us allowed their child, or elephant or marching band to run and jump CONSTANTLY until midnight. I tried calling front desk multiple times. Let it ring 5 minutes and never answered. Terrible. Highly recommend finding another hotel.

This was an overnight stop for our family. The hotel appears to be nearly new. Everything was clean and in like-new condition. Many places to eat close to hotel. Easy to navigate the area and close to highway access.

Service was exceptional as always ! Love the big rooms & cleanliness of rooms . Indoor swimming pool definitely needs cleaning . We went to breakfast @ 9:00 & had no cereal which is the only thing grandkid’s will eat , other food fair but need more for so many people they were serving. Overall good experience & will go back .

We were traveling through on way to family vacation. Front desk staff night we checked in was wonderful (male, cannot remember his name). Our room was booked (family before extended stay, which was fine and understandable). They gave us another room (not comparable to what we had reserved-family of 5 is hard to sleep comfortably so we asked for two queens and pull out. Got a king, pull out sofa, roll away). Again-one night, not a big deal. We get to the room and the air conditioner was not working. Male worker, again wonderful, put us in another room that had working air. We go down for dinner and the worker states that due to our circumstances he would not charge us for the room for the night stay. We never asked for this. We were thankful. Checking out the next morning, female morning worker stated that since we went through hotels.com we had to go through them for refund. Fine. She said it was all written in the notes for them to approve the free night. We get in car, 30 miles away already, and whomever took over and manager stated that they would not refund us. We never asked for a refund but were told twice it was going to be. To me-this is highly unprofessional and they went back on their word. Again, we never asked for the refund but we were told twice it would be. Overall-it was a fine stay but this incidence really turned me off to their professionalism as well as word.

The rooms are nice. Although the floors are sticky. We couldn’t really walk around without shoes on because they felt a little gross. And not that it’s a huge deal but the shelf under the bathroom sink had black grime on it. My baby was playing under there and he got black stuff all over his clothes. Besides those two things it was a nice room. The shower seemed clean. The bathroom even has a vanity mirror with a light which helped with fixing the back of my hair in the mirror. I also liked that they had liquid hand soap in the bathroom and big pump bottles of shampoo and soap instead of the little bity ones you use at most hotels. The breakfast was a good spread. Lots of hot food options. And the complimentary cookies upfront were amazing. Overall it was nice service and a good experience.
