The check in was fairly smooth. I stayed in room 305 & it appeared the door had been once kicked off the frame because there was a gap around the lock kit which I was initially afraid to stay inside the room. The room was air conditioned well. It was fairly clean. This hotel is fairly new to the area but the decor & interior design Best Western chooses makes the hotel look outdated. There were a lot of kids & a motorcycle club so it wasn’t super quiet. The cable was decent. The elevator was slow & had to be reset once during my stay. I did end up extending my stay by one day. That process was smooth & so was check out. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Follow your GPS. It is not right off of the highway. If you want room for your family and everyone to sleep comfortably, this is it. 2 queen beds, the couch becomes a bed with a trundle underneath. The 5 of us slept wonderfully. The bathroom works with the room design, but… do not expect to be opening and closing the bathroom door if someone is taking a shower. There is a large closet in the room also. The price como t be beat. Enjoyed a good nights rest after driving 12 hours. Pet friendly also even though our dogs didn’t travel with us.

The room was spacious and clean. The only thing that was bad was that the pool was closed and my child was loooking forward to play in it. The breakfast was awesome.

I booked this room for my college aged son driving back from Florida. It was a safe spot for him to stay right off the highway, with plenty of dining options, gas stations, etc. The front desk was friendly upon his arrival & helped him with anything he needed. Thank you so much for providing a safe place for my child to spend the night!

Our a/c was on 60 and fan was set to high, but it definitely was not blowing cold air. The family never changed either. There were a few rough spots in the room that were eye sores. The breakfast was great!

The room was very nice my only complaint was the hotel had a ton of guests with children. They were allowed to run up and down the halls jumping and stomping around very hard to sleep. Front desk didn't say anything to the guests.

We stayed at this hotel on the way to Florida. It wasn't bad, and it is also convenient, so we chose to stay here again on the way back. Our kids slept in one bed and we slept in the other. Our bed sheet was a King size on a queen bed and kept slipping off. There were no trash liners in the trash cans, they just left them laying on the trash cans for us to put in ourselves. My husband went to put the liner in the trash can, he first turned the wall light on. There was blood splatter, all over the lower part of the wall next to the trash can. The rest of the room appeared to be clean and smelled clean when we arrived. If we hadn't noticed it after being settled in the room for almost 4 hours, we would have asked to move rooms. Absolutely disgusting, and unsanitary! We didn’t go near that area again. After driving all day, you don't want to deal with packing all your junk back up and moving rooms. It isn’t the most expensive, classy hotel, but for the price, I do expect a clean room!

Overall, the hotel was nice. The desk clerks were friendly, the hotel is a smoke-free hotel (which was a plus for our family of asthmatics), and the noise levels were comfortable. The lobby is nice, the breakfast coices varied, eventhough the eggs had a funny flavor and the bacon was extra thin. The rooms were clean, but there were not enough face towels available. One of the bathrooms had an odor of a toilet like smell, so we sanitized it ourselves.(We always pack cleaning supplies)

We stopped for the night when we were passing through on a trip to gulf shores. I booked because there were so many great reviews but were a little disappointed. Our room could have been a little cleaner and our toilet ran constantly. My husband was able to fix it a few times, but it was just an annoyance for us. The kids were happy to have an indoor pool since it was raining and breakfast was pretty good. The staff was nice and overall it was a good stay.
