The motel was very helpful, as we were in town for medical appointments. They actually allowed us to check in early. My 2 year old grandson locked the bathroom door and came out, and the office staff couldn't unlock it, so they gave us a different room with 2 queen beds instead of one king. The bed I was on was terrible. But it was our fault we got locked out of the bathroom, so I didn't complain. Also, the main reason I chose this motel was because of the kiddie pool. However, it was out of service. That was disappointing, but it happens. Overall, they try. It was clean. and they worked with us on check-in and check-out.

2 of The 5 pieces of workout equipment were broken. The hot tub had what looks like a diaper in the bottom of it about every ice machines broken people come in our room at 11 o’clock The night before we left double book the same room . Never had any cable TV the whole time we were there it was down and the kiddie pool was down also. The bathtub had mildew in it. They did refill our towels that were all used the next morning, but put her hand towels on the back of the toilet instead of the counter. Lastly, the floors in the hallways look stained and dirty

I booked here because of the kiddie pool, which was closed for maintenance upon arrival. Bags of trash remained in the 3rd floor vending area until Sunday as was a pile of laundry at the end of the hallway. Linen was scarce as I requested it to cover the stained couch and seat.I sent my kids to stay with family. TERRIBLE

The place looked nice. Room was decent. VERY thin walls and ceiling. Could hear the people above us until around 4:30 am. Could also hear kids running up and down halls until after midnight. Two lights on room also didn’t work.

Disappointed to find that the kids area to the pool was closed and gross (bugs in standing water in the pool). The hot tub was scorching hot, not safe at all to get in. When traveling with children it’s a disappointment to come to a hotel that looks great on the website and in person was no where close to that image.

It’s a pretty average hotel. Breakfast was decent and the hotel was quiet. I was disappointed that the pool was closed due to the heater not working. The pool was my main reason to stay there and let the kids have fun, but we were not able to experience that.

nice quiet, clean and comfortable. It’s just out of the the downtown area but a short drive to the heart of Rochester. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. The gym is nice. Free breakfast was good (hot and cold options) nice eating area, all staff were nice. This hotel was the most affordable option in the Rochester area and it’s a great place. I’d definitely stay here again

was not ready for 2 hours for check in ,staff went up stairs and partyed did not stay at dest took phone off the hook i called for hours then checked. One guy waited 1 1/2 hours and a couple left . music load,staff doing cannibis in front of the building,condoms laying on the ground with needles. No breakfast when asked staff a question they yelled at you and had bad attitudes. One guy left with a fire arm ,no internet. I will be contacting the police this place needs to be shut down! we had a sick child going to mayo for treatment!

Never have I ever stayed in a hotel with so many issues. First, my family and I were given the wrong room. We were placed in a one-bed room when we specifically booked two queen beds. We were moved to a new room, but the thermostat did not work. We ended up with a third room in one night! No apologies from the front desk associate, except for a “My bad” response. Really?! How unprofessional!!!
Aside from moving from room to room, we were awoken by dogs barking in the middle of the night! Walls are thin so you can hear lots of noises and chattering coming from the hallways.
The next day while we were in our room, another family tried to enter our room! They were given the same room key access as ours!!!! Frustrated, I called the front desk to let them know about the situation and the response I received was, “My bad,” once again! I was very unhappy and requested to speak to management. Of course, no manager was on duty, but I did receive a contact number to reach out to. I left a message about my terrible experiences. Now waiting to see if I get a response that does not include, “My bad!”
