Staff was friendly and had a smooth check in. Very outdated hotel. Honestly kind of higher priced for the quality. Continental breakfast was below average. Stale bread and artificial eggs. Smelled musty throughout. Small mini fridge, so don’t bring anything large. Experienced some noise disturbances due to a young boys baseball team staying there. Was unable to utilize the pool due to the kids. Very thin bedding, so bring a blanket. Found an ear wig bug in the bathroom and woke up one morning to a spider crawling in my bed. Random stains in the carpet throughout our room. Kind of in a run down area. Won’t stay here again. Definitely worth spending a little bit more money for a different hotel in Rochester.

When we got to the hotel the card reader wasn't working so she had I put my number in manually. Then when we went to our room there was cracked and chipped paint everywhere. I found several long hairs on the bed that didn't belong to my family. Then when we went swimming a lot of the tiles in the pool were rusty and just gross. Then the hot tub had bugs floating in it. After returning to our room I gave my daughter a bath the floor of the tub was fiilthy. The only thing was was good about the stay was the comfort of the beds

Needed shampoo, a blanket, and extra towels, which were cheerfully provided. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Liked the breakfast waffles and eggs. Breakfast items were refilled regularly. Extended family met out front where there were nice tables and chairs and even a gas fireplace.

Our family LOVES the Country Inn & Suites property . The Rochester Minnesota location continues to prove why we love this hotel. When we walked in the smell of fresh baked cookies were in the air. When my son looked for one, the front desk personnel stated that she had some baking and would get him one after she checked us in. She came back with THREE for him :) I know they are free at all times, but this simple gesture made his evening. The room was clean, nice & cool! Water pressure fantastic and the pillows are awesome! We had a great night's sleep. See you next time!

This hotel was very clean. Our family of 4 stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a sofa bed and were very comfortable. The breakfast was standard, but the ladies taking care of the breakfast area kept it very clean. They stood out to me as friendly & pleasant, quick to do anything to help us be more comfortable. All of the staff members were helpful. This was a very nice stay & we would definitely stay again.
