I booked two rooms for my family and was told upon check in that they were on different floors. If we wanted the rooms on the same floor we had to pay extra.

I come for business but my daughter and her family will stay and visit. Twin boys and a 5 month old baby. We get the Junior suite which is perfect. We also had connecting rooms with my other children. It was perfect. Jeehan is the best at the desk. She set us all up with connecting rooms. It was amazing. I have met other familiar faces as well at the front desk. All super friendly!!

Not their entire fault but their app crashed and therefore the line for check in was extremely long. They only had 2 staff on NYE and also a nFL rival Sunday night game- so a lot of people! Parking is not well signed and many people assumed the ramp was full and had to find other ramps. I reserved a king sized bed but even at 5pm they said none were ready and if I wanted to check in I had to take a 2 queen, again not the end of the world but when you get a kid free night, reserved a room many months ahead of time it’s what we were expecting.

The lobby and location are beautiful. The person who checked me in was friendly, but not helpful when I asked questions. The room itself needed a through cleaning and the toilet in the room kept running. I would stay again, but ask that the room be checked to make sure functioning first. We had a junior suite, which I highly recommend! Very roomy and gorgeous view.

We were attending a Timberwolves game and was perfect for that. Nice to have a bar, restaurant and little snack shop on site. Also close to several other restaurants. And the kiddos had a blast in the pool!

The parking was convenient and easy. The "included continental breakfast" turned out to be a $10 voucher at the market in the lobby, but with higher prices $10 didn't cover much and it was not an eat-in space - very awkward with kids. We ended up having to go eat elsewhere each day.
