The property was nice and clean. However, when I arrived I found out that they gave the room I paid for to my sister and the room she booked to me. I booked a much larger room than she did. It took a while but I did end up getting my room. However it was already used by my sister and her family. The staff did not offer to go in and clean the room. They were also absolutely rude to my sister when she went to get her room keys as if the mix up was her fault and not theirs. Even though the property was nice, I will not book again due to the unprofessionalism and rudeness.

Check-in was quick and easy, we were given a welcome bag with water & snacks. There was a lady who gave us a local map to help show us around which was very helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Only downfall was listening to kids race cars most of the night but that isnt the hotels fault.
