Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Lafayette North, an IHG Hotel

Quite a hidden gem. It is hard for my husband and I to dedicate an entire week to "vacationing" with our respective work schedules, so we try to do mini staycations with our kids throughout the summer. Needless to say, weve had our highs and lows with hotels. This one is definitely a high. Beautiful facilities. Courteous staff. Nelson, our server for breakfast, was top notch. And the price is also VERY affordable and totally worth it. Our kids would have slept pool side if they could. The beds were comfy. The room was stocked and clean. And the air conditioning was easy to adjust for a very comfortable stay without feeling like a meat locker or sauna I would recommend to anyone.

My family utilized this hotel after attending a youth baseball tournament that my son played in. This facility met all our expectations and having a restaurant/bar onsite made things much simpler after a long day at the park. Staff was wonderful!

My wife and I always stay at this location, we absolutely love the friendliness, cleanliness, and amenities of the hotel. This trip was for our Family reunion, we have stayed about three to four times a year over a five-year period. The Flugence family have always booked about five rooms each event, one time about twenty rooms were booked for weddings, and an engagement party that was at the event room.

We stayed here for one night after driving all day and just needed a place to sleep. The room would have been fine, but it was in a horrible location. We were in room 116 which is directly off the lobby. We could hear everyone in the lobby. Also the room is right under an open staircase that leads to the lobby. There were multiple youth sports teams staying there and the kids LOVED running up and down the stairs. It literally sounded like a herd of elephants was above us all night long! We complained at the front desk and were told that they try not to book room 116 because of that issue but that it was the last room. I wish I had known this when I booked because I would have chosen a different hotel. I’m sure a different room would be fine but this just wasn’t a good spot for us!

Everything was great! Just a great family experience!
