This is our favorite hotel to stay when visiting family! It always smells clean when you walk in with great customer service. The rooms are clean. The full breakfast is great.

We had a reservation for 4 days 3 nights.. we stayed 1 night! For the rate of the room, versus what we got, this was ridiculous .. I went downstairs after getting our room, and informed them there was NO HEAT.. bathroom sink was leaking and looked like housekeeping didn’t do their job because there was jelly like water formations where the leak was.. nasty. Whatever chemicals housekeeping is using is sure not user friendly! My fur babies feet were peeled red and raw! Will be escalating this to corporate.. we stayed here 2 years ago.. I cannot believe this place depreciated so fast in that amount of time .Front desk had no empathy, it was like they heard this all before.. instead of trying to make it right, any kind of way.. they didn’t .. we ended up at HOME 2 Suites .. where the price was worth it . Never again Laquinta.. and Wyndham you ought to be ashamed attaching your name to a place like this

The room was really clean and the temperature was right. But there was damage from animals chewing the walls in the bathroom and they only gave us 2 towels for 2 people. The hall was really noisy with people hollering at their kids and animals. Trash thrown out all over the parking lot.

Worst stay ever. Disgusting room with stains on everything including the lampshades. Vomit in a bag in the bathroom trash can upon check in.
The housekeepers were banging on doors at 8:45am and opening them when no response. After spending the evening with my family watching my aunt pass away I just wanted to sleep and their insistence on waking people up and opening doors 2 hours or more before checkout is unacceptable.

The lady at the front desk, I believe her name is Ashley, is extremely rude. I drove over 8 hrs from Florida to spend Easter with my family, I was very tired and it was late at night so the least I was hoping for was to receive very poor customer service. She did not greeted me when I arrived, it was me who said Hello! She just stood behind the counter looking at me all crazy and every thing she asked for or question she made to me was in a very aggressive way. I did not hear a “please” or a “thank you” from that young lady. While I was checking in, someone called the hotel and she was also rude to that person. After a while, she finally said: “hold on I have a guest in front of me” so she threw the phone on the counter and said: “she’s gonna get mad with what I’m gonna tell her to but there’s nothing I can do.” Finally I asked her who was her manager and she said Koopa, with the most upset and sarcastic look on her face. Like saying you can go and tell my manager how I treated you, I still don’t care. I stayed at Best Western hotel last time I was in town, nothing compared with La Quinta facility and amenities wise but I got excellent customer service. I rather stay in a stinky poor looking hotel in the middle of the hood than at this hotel to get this type of customer service again. It’s a shame!

I had a horrible experience at this hotel, starting that night with the pool water it was absolutely freezing. It literally felt like they had poured two ice chest full of ice in that pool. I have swim in pools in the winter months before and the water was not that cold. That was completely unorthodox, on top of that the front counter guy, was refusing to giving the patrons/guest towels. First he had a sign up saying there was no clean towels available, and after I came and insisted he then demanded that you bring your dirty towels to get new towels in which I then had to inform him that we changed clothes and got in the water. We have no dirty towels in our room yet. The next morning got a lot worst. Because it was so many people in the Lobby due to a Big school group meet our family of four deciided to eat our food upstairs. Luckily we had some to go boxes upstairs at least so we thought. Once we made it down and started to fix our plates the Rude Prejudice Front counter Woman that was working on Saturday 5-27-2024 came rushing in the food lounge area to tell me I Can't Use My To Go Boxes to put food in and carry it out. I snap back yes I can and will. She proceeded to tell me that she was calling the Police on me and Charging my card extra money for taking food fromthe food court area. Then she proceeded to follow us to our room which I prevented her From doing once we made it to the elevator. She was INSANE. She should never work in customer service ever.
