Unless you are an old white lady, stay someplace else.
This place discriminates and just wants your money. And they have a attitude. I guess my business isn’t good enough for Hilton.
We used the luggage cart when we checked in, but because there was a large group of old ladies checking in at some point. We weren’t allowed to use the carts. There was a room full of gold carts, but apparently only bell hops can use them because that’s how they get paid. When I stated I wasn’t interested in paying to move a few bags downstairs they changed their tone and refused to let me use the carts. Despite them not being used. I even tried to talk management and they said no. Only way you can get a cart is to pay/tip a bell hop. All the self help carts were apparently hordes in rooms and because of that they don’t care.
Just moved all my stuff down my hand, while the guys and managers just stood guard by unused carts. Apparently different guests get different treatment. traveling with wife, kid and two dogs, means I’m expected to pay to use a cart. They tried to Tell me differently, but the vibes/words that were put off “bell men get paid and make their money by helping guests” is what was told to us.
Absolute rubbish.
We talked to regional manager and they are gonna help us with points or something, but honestly all I wanted was to use an unused luggage cart and not deal with any of this. What a terrible way to end our stay.

The room was big and the staff was courteous. They provided us a baby crib and extra pillows and blankets on request, which was great!

Stayed 2 nights with my grandkids. Room was not serviced for the 2nd night. No one informed me that there was no housekeeping available. Tried calling down to the front desk. No answer. Went down in person, was told that there was no scheduled room service.

I brought my kids to this hotel for the weekend just so we could swim and the pool is amazing! also, it wasn't crowded like other hotels i've been too. Everything is clean and staff were able to help me at a very fast pace.

The property was decent. The fact that the staff allowed unattended children to run wild was nuts. The kids were taking over the elevators and running a muck

There was a baseball tournament group staying there and the kids were racing and running up and down the hallways after 11 while their parents recorded?!?! Great parenting! But the hotel did absolutely NOTHING! Then there wasn’t a continental breakfast because they were using the room it’s normally in, so we went to where it was set up only to be charged $12 a person for some burned biscuits, old fruit and lumpy oatmeal. But no one told us we’d be charged until after we were all sitting down to eat. Then the waitress who did nothing, because it was a buffet style, so we did everything ourselves, actually wanted a tip?! Will NOT stay here again!

Hotel itself was great, our room was quiet and clean.
The pool however was not very relaxing. Some people (not sure they were guests, I know some people out there for the party came from the parking lot, not the hotel) were having a party that lasted from before 10 in the morning until 7 that night. If they allow parties there should be both a guest limit and time limit. A couple of teens were doing front flips into the pool & diving, the kids were screaming, the adults playing loud music. Too many people and too long a party!

It was a nice stay, but I think they might have a problem with people driving up and using the pool that aren’t staying at the hotel. Close to 10 kids and 3-4 adults showed up, parked close to the pool, never entered the hotel and came directly to the pool. They were loud and took over the pool so we just avoided getting in until they left and they were there 4-5 hours
