We had a great short stay . Miss Tori at the front desk was super sweet to my kiddos and helped me to get an early check in so that my daughter could get ready for her gymnastics competition. She was for sure the best part of our stay at the hotel . The only negative was that the indoor pool was way too cold for my kiddos to swim . The pool was the top reason we chose that hotel so that was a let down but most everything else was good . Thanks again to Miss Tori she was professional and just a doll !

Service was fast and friendly. My son lost a stuffed animal that we bought at the zoo as we were carrying our bags in. The front desk found it and held onto it for us. We called the front desk late in the evening when we were looking for it and they answered quickly. Every experience with the front desk was quick and friendly service. Our room including the balcony was clean and everything was in working order. Water pressure was excellent and actually hot compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. Towels and bedding were white and not dingy; everything was clean and in new condition as pictured online. Housekeeping was friendly and did not rush us our departure morning. We were greeted by all staff as we passed through the lobby, elevator, and halls. As a single mother traveling with two children it felt like a safe and comfortable environment.

The property is located in a convenient area and has easy access inside the property to vending machines. The rooms are nice. The one particular room we were in, our air wasn’t working correctly and the light fixtures wasn’t up. They was just sitting on the counter top which could have been a big hazard for someone with kids. The light didn’t work. It looks like the room was being worked on but wasn’t complete. That was a big I convenience. We tried contacting front desk about our issues but we was unsuccessful in reaching someone. Not sure if no one is available after hours or not. Overall stay, 5 out of 10 for us.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was big and clean. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub! I loved the coffee shop inside! Overall i highly recommend!

I still wipe down counters, spray, and turn back covers before we settle in our rooms. The sheets were stained, the box spring was filthy, and the furniture for seating was filthy. I actually asked for new sheets. My mother and niece were in an adjacent room and had the same complaints about cleanliness. In addition to the lack of cleanliness, we weren't served complimentary breakfast because "they were understaffed." Those were the manager's words. I chose this hotel because of the location and amenities. I understand not having enough staff to serve, but there should've been other accommodations made. I had to leave at 8AM to find and buy breakfast for my family. I was very disappointed in this Marriott property.
