Loved it here!! Had my two kiddos and they staff was so friendly and helpful! Room was modern and nice in a beautiful old building! Didn’t get to use the bikes but they were available and pineapple hour cookies are fantastic. All in all great experience and the beds are so cozy!

By far the best stay we have had while traveling! We landed at 9am and asked for early checkin. They stored our luggage, recommended an outstanding brunch spot, Wildberry Pancakes, and had our room ready by noon! The beds were outstanding, the room was immaculate, and water pressure was fabulous. They continued to check on us throughout our stay, offered to call us cabs, refillable water bottles, the best cookies, and had the cutest dog treats for all the fur babies. Anytime we are back in town, we will be staying here.

Loved the authentic feel of the hotel. Convenient location with parking options available in walkable distances - we traveled with no kids so this could be a challenge for parents unless you tag team it or use valet parking. Restaurant available downstairs with average food - I personally enjoyed the bread pudding and the burger option. The hotel gives a complementary drink (soda, beer, or wine) which came in handy during our stay. Our only complaint was that there was no microwave available in the room so our leftover food went to waste. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend it to a friend because of the convenience factor.

This hotel was amazing from check in to check out! Extremely comfortable and amazing views of the city. The restaurant in the hotel was nice and the in room daily coffee was a plus! if you travel with your fur babies this is the place you want to stay! They treat them like family. Will defiantly be staying here on our next visit!

Location, Location, Location. Took my 66 year old mother to Downtown for a 4 day get away. So location for me was all. We walked everywhere or used Metro or Subway. Most of the touristy stuff is close by...the "bean", the river, the Art museum, etc...All clean, all good. To clean the room they do it every other day, so you got it request it. I had a view of the Chicago theater straight from my bed. Air conditioning was awesome. Not sure how the insulation of the rooms work because there was no one on the adjacent rooms. I am a light sleeper. But I sleep like a baby! Everything works...Connection to the airports is 3 minutes away. The restaurant in the first floor has good hamburger. Try it...

I had ordered some extras as snacks for the room and only got half of what I ordered. (No cokes or sour gummies). The room had a leaking bathroom sink pipe that forced us to put a garbage pail under because we didn’t notice until everyone was changed for bed. The one curtain in the bedroom was broken and the drains all ran slow. I did appreciate being able to check in early, since 4:00 is really late when you are dealing with kids and have been downtown since 8 am.

We were greeted by friendly staff and loved the location as it was so close to everything! My family enjoyed the “vibe” of the hotel and rooms. The beds were ridiculously comfortable and we didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be back!
