If you have a choice, you may want to pick another hotel, one that has a lobby you can get to easily. Review: tiny elevators, and only 3 for 21 floors. Lobby on a different floor so if you have a family and suitcases, it’s an ordeal just to get to the lobby. Room was not ready by 4. We arrived early knowing room would not be ready, but the woman at the front desk seemed like we were putting her out by being there early. Asked where to park, gave me a website…really? Told her I’d just valet it, then she got angry I had asked in the first place. At least the Valet person was friendly and super helpful. The wo that eventually checked me in was nice and very helpful, as was the breakfast employee. Room was 2.5 stars but not the cleanest. Location was good but still too far to walk to Shed. Close to Willis tower however. Overall hard to check in and out. Elevators…cmon, seriously for that many guests? Ok place but will not stay there again.

Rooms were very clean & comfortable, pretty good in condition. location too was very good, only issue was Cleanliness at their Dinning area. One family was enjoying their dinner by about 9:00pm and no one took care to clean the entire dinning area, almost all tables were I cleaned in the morning at 06:20 I went to get a cup of Hot Chocolate; they do have 3 Trash Cans right near to the front desk & dinning area, all 3 were full, tables & under the tables you can see food all over, you can clearly spot the stains of dried coffee which no one mopped. Their Person who was handling the breakfast came at 06:30am and started to clean the Trash and refill the breakfast quickly and by the time he can clean Tables, people had no choice rather than taking tables for themselves. I’ve worked as a Front Desk Manager at the Best Western & at Country Inn & Suites doing all Night Shifts and I know that breakfasts time is something that the guest wants to have it in clean area where being a Hilton as a brand failed at this property.

Beautiful historic building in walking distance to the Christkindle market. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect size for our family of three (two queen room). We would love to stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Majestic Theatre! The staff were very friendly & helpful. The property was well-maintained. The location was very handy for our downtown Chicago getaway. The afternoon cookies were a nice touch--a big hit with our middle schooler!

This was my first time staying in this hotel and I will be happy to return. The staff was very friendly, check-in easy and they accommodated my need for early check-in and late check-out. The room was very spacious and clean and the beds were so comfortable we had a hard time leaving. But what really makes this hotel a gem is Ismeta. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast and Ismeta is the heart and soul of this operation. She makes you feel like you are the only guest around. It's like being invited to her home and you are family. She is warm, always has a smile for everyone, she is five steps ahead, like reading your mind, she knows what you want for breakfast. She is hard working and clearly a people person. She remembered our names and you could feel she really loves her job and all the guests. This was truly the highlight of our stay.

Door staff was friendly. I checked in on the app so I didn’t have to even stop at the desk. Room was roomy and clean. The location is close to everything so my family walked. There is affordable street parking but the valet parking isn’t bad either. I would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING! This is the place to stay. The location is convenient to everything including public transportation. Take the subway from O’Hare and you will find yourself half a block rom the hotel. For theater buffs, this hotel is a must. The hotel is a renovated theater and is attached to the CIBC theater where we saw SIX, another must. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL, especially Ismeta. This sweetheart takes care of your every need each morning for breakfast and treats you like family. The rooms are city size, so small, but comfortable and all very clean. They also held are bags for 8 hours while we did some last minute bucket list items. We were two moms with our Teo girls and anyways felt safe in the area. The Bean is walking distance as are several restaurants. Bus and subway are very convenient and took us everywhere we needed to go. This is now our go-yo hotel in Chicago!

Very small lobby on the 4th floor. Loved the location of the hotel, walked everywhere morning, noon and after dark with our two kids and felt very comfortable. Loved access to public transportation as well, trains, busses nearby which were great to use, kids enjoyed that a lot. Breakfast was often running out of things, almost no healthy choices, limited vegetarian offerings for warm food. Beds were comfortable. Room was dark but spacious enough. Clean bathroom. Good room darkening curtains. Needed noise machine on for street noise at times (parade one night). They have valet but you can use parking apps to find MUCH cheaper local parking for your stay if you are comfortable walking a few blocks. Overall great stay.

In Chicago to visit friends and family. This hotel is in a great location for getting around the city, with public transportation, restaurants and museums easily accessible.
