Beautiful hotel worth the cost. It is within walking distance of popular spots like the Art Museum, Symphony, and the famous Bean. Once inside the hotel you can barely hear all the city sounds. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Pros: I was able to change my room to the same floor my other family members were on. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable. Cons: The remote controls only worked when standing next to the TV. The Tub faucet needed to be repaired, it was very loose. The couch was not very comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful, easy to get to from the airport by train. This was my first time ever riding a train and I had no problems. The staff was amazing from
Ck in to ck out the bar tender was so knowledgeable about wine and got me just what I needed for myself and my husband. The rooms were so big, clean, the bathroom was extra roomy and immaculate. I would stay here 1000 times over. The location was perfect for site seeing. I was able to walk right over to the bean for my photo opportunity. The doormen were extra friendly and helped guide me where I needed to go.
I didn’t want to leave I highly recommend Silversmith to Everyone!!! I told all of my friends and family to stay here.
GIVE EVEYONE A RAISE!! Pics online are exactly like the rooms. Lounge area was so beautiful. If you love selfies and pics this is the place to be.

1. No upgraded provided which I was supposed to have as Expedia VIP grade
2. Room was exposed to serious noise from the club besides
My family was struggling from the noise during 11 pm to 12 pm and asked for noise issue
Hotel manager's feedback was "This hotel room is subject to noise and everybody is OK because people come to this hotel for night-out"
This means, the hotel manager also knows that this is not the hotel that you can stay and take a rest during the night.
3. Hotel had silent room but they charged us $62 for the change at the midnight

The valet workers were SO nice. They greeted us as well as gave us directions. The front desk staff were all nice as well and offered us a pack and play for my son as well as baby blankets. The hotel is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The room was clean and we felt like we were in a safe area. It was in a good location to be able to walk to a lot of things.

The Silversmith exceeded our expectations. Anastasia was incredible as a source of knowledge and during the check-in process. She alone would be reason enough to stay again. Nicolette, Byron and the wonderful blond bartender on duty (I'm sorry I never asked your name!!!) were also extremely helpful.
We travelled as a family of 5 over Spring Break with 2 rooms on the 7th floor. The rooms were both unique in layout, though the amenities were the same. The level of amenities provided exceeded what seems to have become standard since the pandemic, which was a plus.
There was some noise from the L, but it was well within acceptable margins, and didn't wake us or disturb us in our rooms. It was well worth the trade-off to be that close to transit and the park.
The rooms were clean, well maintained and comfortable. When the water pressure being a little bit low (not weak, just not strong enough to massage out the knots after several days hiking around downtown) is your biggest complaint, you know you've found a winner.
