I booked this hotel for its proximity to City Hall. The room was small and the furniture was old. It could use some remodeling however it was safe, quiet and clean and i slept like a baby so I’m not complaining. Not fancy but good for the price.

My stay was sooo fun! Room was clean & comfortable.. my 3 month old baby slept a little too good through the night lol it was Nice & quiet.. they provided a pack n play. House keeping was bomb!! they took real good care of me. We ran into one small problem & they fixed it asap, no questions! One of my favorite things was the restaurant/ bar connected to the left of the lobby.. you can use your key card for access or go out to their front carousel door! & also water bottle fill station in the hallway I didnt have to buy a case of water like i usually would! Beautiful lobby, exercise room, & the staff is amazing..I loved Club Quarters, super easy self check-in & its located in a great area. I could see the flamingo statue outside of my window. There’s a lot to do within walking distance. I already booked my next visit!

The hotel is in a great location for the marathon, but the property itself leaves a lot to be desired. Thick layer of dust on the remote, phone, end tables, a shower head that did not work evenly, and overall dilapidated condition of the hotel means I will not risk bringing family or staying here again. Front desk was clueless about food options and the guy there was always leaning over the desk and very uninterested in helping. Not a good value!

I don’t like the fact that the only rooms I was told have two beds are rooms with twin beds. These beds are as big as toddler beds. Way too small for a room that has 2 beds.

My boyfriend and I were so impressed by the hotel. We were a little unsure about it because some reviews said it was old/dated. Yes, it is dated but everything is so clean and it smells clean. The bed was SO comfortable. They have complimentary bottles for water on each floor, great amenity for me since I drink a lot of water. The water pressure in the shower is not too great, so if you have a lot of hair or long hair you will be in the shower for a while. But it wasn’t terrible, it did not ruin our stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We will be back! It made our stay so much better.

We have stayed here twice because we love the location. The hotel is great but the glass door to the bathroom is terrible. There’s no privacy. Whilst you can’t see through it clearly you can see your roommate sat on the toilet. It’s not dignified at all. And as the bathroom is small, the closer you get to the door, the easier it is to make out a naked body! I’d say it’s ok for couples (though I really don’t want to see my husband taking a poop!) I’d have reservations if I was sharing with a friend or another family member. Who designed this???

Let me tell you I have stayed at a few places in downtown Chicago and this my friends takes the cake if you stay here you will not be disappointed. We only stayed one night and I wish to god we stayed here instead of the other hotels. The staff was amazing super excited and friendly you could tell they loved their jobs would literally do anything for you. So upon check in we were greeted by the amazing Pedro who deserves a raise or promotion. he tells us we booked the other hotel but not to worry he will get everything transferred so we can stay at this one. He upgraded are room because of the wait when talking to us he is super engaging & really got to know us by the he treated us like family anything we wanted needed or asked he was there. Late at night me & my husband couldn’t get a bottle of wine open we went downstairs & this man super kind was like no problem. We called down for more towels to be brought up & literally a minute later they were at the door. Check out was a breeze we got a complementary extension witch they do if asked & the man who checked us out was amazing full of energy was super helpful & joked with us even held are bags for us while we went out & explored the city a bit more & then we picked them up witch wasn’t a problem. As far as the room the view was amazing the bed was super comfy everything was clean & the pillows were heavenly the only thing is there’s no safe you have to use the safety deposit box they give to you downstairs.

The small room was fine for my wife and me but definitely wouldn’t work if we had any kids with us.
