This hotel is located at the end of navy pier and is absolutely fantastic. The staff is attentive and courteous and the rooms overlook Lake Michigan. This is the best hotel in the city when traveling with kids.

The hotel itself is nice and in a good location. The pillows are the absolute worst I’ve ever slept on - even my kids complained about the pillows. So besides going home with terrible neck, shoulder, and back pain, it was okay.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was so close to everything we needed. We were a little surprised to have been able to hear the people upstairs walking around our last night there. There was also a child and it was running around the room until about 11:30 p.m. My suggestion is to get a top floor because you don't know what your upstairs neighbors are going to be like.

This hotel is so unique and special. We felt like we were "high class" because of the amazing views we were able to enjoy from our room, including perfect views of the fireworks without the crowds below us! All employees were friendly and helpful as well. Be prepared to do a lot of walking to get to any of the restaurants on the pier! This was fine with me since we skipped the gym. Plenty to do on the pier, a family could spend several days there. Speaking of spending, prices as expected on food, even vending machine drinks, were very high. The only real negative I experienced was the utter inefficiency of the coffee shop in the lobby. It took a crazy long time for orders to be made there. The employee I watched was friendly but moved with no urgency at all despite the long line. Since all the other shops and restaurants do not open until 10 or later, there were not many options for good coffee.

5 Star Service every time I stay at the hotel. We are treated like royalty. i will not stay any place else besides the Sable hotel when I'm traveling to Chicago. I also recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

My family and I had a staycation here and we loved it. The hotel is modern, clean and close to anything you would want or need. Restaurants, novelty shops, bars, food courts and attractions are all in walking distance-no need to venture off of the pier at all. Lirica restaurant within the hotel was great for meals and offer a variety of foods. Great views of the lake and pier with sunrises and sunsets. The only con is that the beds weren’t very comfortable and were a tad too soft so a restful sleep was challenging for us all; however, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Staff did their best. Claimed the hotel was full and couldn’t give a more convenient room location but the place was a ghost town. Very remote at the end of the pier, difficult to hail taxi or uber without a significant walk to a midpoint at the pier. Too far from downtown but perhaps it would be fun for family during the busy months at the pier.

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Great views of the water, very clean, comfy beds, nice staff. There’s a lot to do nearby (shoutout shoreline sightseeing) and a lot of dining options. Great family stay as well!
