Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The price, location, and amenities were very fair for the area. The bathroom is nicely updated with a TV in the mirror although we did not have a remote for the TV. The TV in the living area and bedroom, so the kids had to watch their shows on Our mobile devices. Staff is very friendly and it is a nice getaway for the weekend with a very boutique feeling We have a bit of a disturbance at 4 AM with The guest next-door and I tried to call the front desk to resolve it, but wasn’t able to reach anybody.

I am really split on this hotel. We came with our two seven year olds. The size of the room is great. Spacious bath-separated lounge area. The location is great and super convenient. The down side is that the TVs are old and out of the forty plus channel list-only like 10-15 worked and you could only figure out which ones by pressing each channel. For kids-a little TV snuggle down time is needed. The beds terribly average. Sofa hard a a rock. The shower door needs repaired at bottom. You have to hold it closed for a couple of minutes so it does not rock open and get water everywhere. The tub was huge and nice. Parking was close and not too bad of a price. Just a little above average for us.

Our room was very big with an extra "Living Room" with a TV that was key for our family of 4.

Second time returning guest at Ivy Boutique Hotel! I’ll be back in the Spring! Hoai at the front desk is seriously the best. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay here was nothing short of exceptional. Location is convenient to everything, hotel is beautifully decorate, rooms are huge, bathroom has the best shower & soak tub. and hotel is really safe. Bed’s & pillow are nearing end of life - still comfortable but could use an upgrade. Thank you Hoai for another amazing stay & taking such great care of my family. The Ivy Boutique is so lucky to have you!!

From the moment That my family and I arrived we felt welcome. Friendly and courtier's staff. Amazing housekeeping and just friendly environment to be in. Will be back in future.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room…great for solo stay or couples. Bathroom situation wouldn’t be great for those not good friends or family. I was in the studio room. Had a great time and will definitely stay again.
