The pull out bed was broken and wouldnt even go back into the couch so we had to end up moving rooms at 11pm with 2 small toddlers. Not ideal, but none of the staff that were working at the time's fault. The staff were very accomdating with moving us.

The hotel is in a good location and seems to be very popular for business and family. Upon check in my room key did not work. I had to go all the way back to the lobby with my belongings. No help with my bags to the room. Once my key card was “fixed” I went back to my room to find that it was occupied! Embarrassed and surprised I went BACK DOWN with my belongings to get a new room which made me very late for a business dinner. The room I had was decently clean. Table was stained. Bathtub which is what I was most looking forward to was dirty. Refused to use it. Now I’m charged with a random $30 to my account for what ? I don’t know. No one will contact me back after I called and asked. Did not eat or drink and wasn’t given any refund or something in return for all the issues I encountered.

Great hotel. Very comfortable, large rooms and bathrooms that are newly renovated. No view, but we didn't spend much time in the room other than sleeping. Area was walkable to many excellent restaurants and attractions. Expedia says there is a pool but there isn't- keep this in mind if you are traveling with kids.

One overnight for a family reunion. The quiet of the financial district over the weekend was such a nice respite and the district has such awesome architecture! The hotel is an easy walk to Michigan avenue and millennium park. The hotel rooms and common spaces are beautiful! The room is quiet and a true oasis. Every space was very clean. The coffee in the room was robust and delicious. Great breakfast offerings we could enjoy in our room. Staff at the desk, that we passed in the hall, and who helped us were very friendly and helpful! The whole experience was wonderful. Parking in a nearby structure was discounted a bit. Parking everywhere on Chicago is expensive.

I’ve been going to Chicago with my husband for years now to see his family and the LaSalle is by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at. I do like LondonHouse, Viceroy and Waldorf as well but LaSalle is something special imo. Not to mention the amazing price point for the luxury they provided us. Absolutely outstanding from start to finish and sweet staff. Thank you to everyone at the front desk who helped us extend our stay not just once but twice this Holiday season. Diane at concierge was an absolute delight and so so kind to my two Yorkies! And big shoutout to Stan the Man downstairs who made the biggest difference to my mood when we first arrived, I’m 6 months pregnant and had a rough flight so wasn’t too thrilled getting out of the taxi during peak traffic times but Stan turned that right around for me. What also kept me smiling throughout the stay was Grill 21! So darn good. I’ve been hating food through my pregnancy but this restaurant & room service was 11 out of 10. I’m a vegetarian so highly recommend the Carrot Wellington with those Lemon potatoes - yum! Rooms are very clean and very large in comparison to some other city hotels. Great location. a very quiet block - I was surprised by that. Lots of movie theaters and Starbucks around. Close to the Nordstrom & Christmas market. Beautiful appointed decor in the building. Well lit cute hallways. Everything is very new. Housekeeping team are all sweethearts. A really fun unexpected 10 day stay in the city, thank you.
